The main etiologic causative agent of inflammatory lesion in children was Staphylococcus aureus (88.4 % of cases). The occurrence of multiple resistant strains of staphylococci and enterobacteria makes it necessary to ensure the conduct of bacteriological monitoring of the wound fluid for timely correction of antibacterial therapy.
