Se analiza la implementación de la Ley de Acceso Justo al Hábitat, en el Partido de General Pueyrredon, a partir del relevamiento y la sistematización de normativa y documentos de trabajo producidos, tanto en la escala municipal como regional, nacional y provincial, con inscripción local. Consideramos que se han producido diversos avances e instalado algunas discusiones, que no necesariamente refieren de manera explícita a la Ley, pero que sí se vinculan con sus principios rectores. En efecto, analizamos dichos aspectos, teniendo en cuenta el perfil productivo y las dinámicas urbano-habitacionales del Partido, las capacidades institucionales y las trayectorias políticas.
En el presente trabajo se analizan las memorias locales de un conflicto por ocupación de tierras sucedido en la ciudad quebradeña de Humahuaca, Argentina, en 2012. A partir del análisis de testimonios, prácticas y marcaciones de memoria se indagan las representaciones producidas en estas memorias sociales (aquí denominadas “memorias omaguaca”), las controversias y acuerdos que las constituyen y los escenarios en los cuales emergen. Estas elaboraciones de sentidos inscriben lo sucedido en un continuum de luchas por el territorio y renuevan la contienda política, poniendo en disputa un tipo de politicidad particular. El artículo se enmarca en la tesina de Licenciatura en Sociología de la autora, en la que se trabajó a partir de una metodología cualitativa y se privilegió la perspectiva de los actores y las actrices. Se utilizan fuentes primarias como entrevistas, observaciones, notas y memos, así como también fuentes documentales.
