Introdução O presente relato traz uma experiência durante uma prática realizada no Colégio Estadual Zacarias de Góis, Liceu piauiense, no município de Teresina-Pi. Tem como objetivo principal a interdisciplinaridade entre os cursos de Biologia, Química, Física e Matemática, com o tema: "Água recondicionada?". O trabalho fez parte do projeto do IFPI-campus Teresina Central, do curso de Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas, realizada pelos bolsistas do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID), teve o propósito de ser apresentado pelos alunos do ensino médio do colégio, tornando o saber mais significativo para o discente. Relato de Experiência O projeto foi realizado no ano de 2017, no Liceu piauiense, uma das escolas parceiras do PIBID, localizada do município de Teresina/PI. O tema: "Água recondicionada?", foi pensado a partir do desconforto dos alunos e desperdício da água em relação ao "pinga-pinga" gerado pelo ar condicionado em salas do Liceu. A partir desta problemática o projeto se inicia, tendo como metodologia a coleta da água proveniente do gotejamento dos aparelhos das salas para poder estimar o volume desperdiçado, a realização do teste físico-químico e apresentação do projeto pelos alunos com orientação dos bolsistas do PIBID. Foi analisado através do resultado da coleta, que um aparelho do colégio com 30 mil BTUs em 30 minutos desperdiça 1 litro e 525 ml de água. Em um cálculo matemático, levando em consideração o período diário de, aproximadamente, 12 (doze) horas em que o condicionador de ar permanece ativo, estima-se que, somente em um dia, possa desperdiçar 36 litros e 600 ml de água, e em uma semana com cinco dias úteis, 183 litros.Apesar do uso do aparelho melhorar a qualidade de vida de alunos e funcionários da
