Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA materi listrik dinamis menggunakan media KIT listrik yang dilengkapi PhET yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMP. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan tiga tahap dari model 4-D, yaitu tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop) dan diujicobakan di kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Kertek Wonosobo semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 dengan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Parameter penelitian yang diukur adalah validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas perangkat pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA menggunakan media KIT listrik yang dilengkapi PhET untuk materi listrik dinamis yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa.Kata Kunci: Kit listrik, perangkat pembelajaran, keterampilan proses sains, simulasi PhET
Pesisir adalah transisi antara daratan dan lautan yang membentuk ekosistem yang beragam dan produktif. Perairan pesisir memiliki fungsi yang penting karena menjadi habitat beragam organisme, sekaligus rentan mengalami degradasi akibat masuknya polutan dari daratan. Kualitas perairan pesisir dapat diketahui dengan biomonitoring menggunakan fitoplankton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas perairan pesisir pantai Lembung, Pamekasan Madura berdasarkan indeks-indeks biologis fitoplankton, fisik-kimia perairan, dan hubungan antar keduanya. Penelitian di lakukan di pantai Lembung, Pamekasan Madura pada bulan Oktober 2020. Pengambilan sample menggunakan metode transek pada 10 stasiun penelitian dengan 3 kali pengulangan pada setiap substasiun. Parameter penelitian yang diukur meliputi kelimpahan, keanekaragaman, dan dominansi fitoplankton serta faktor-faktor fisik-kimia air (suhu, kecerahan air, pH, salinitas, DO, CO2, dan BOD). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif, kualitatif, dikomparasikan dengan standard baku mutu KEMEN LH 2004 No. 51, dan uji korelasi antara parameter biologis dengan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 28 spesies fitoplankton. Kelimpahan fitoplankton berkisar antara 1.100 2.748 sel/l. Indeks keanekaragaman berkisar antara 1,244 1,980. Indeks dominansi berkisar antara 0,0035 0,0224. Kisaran Parameter fisik-kimia yaitu suhu 31,66 32,00 â°C, kecerahan 34,33 39,00 cm, salinitas 26 28 °, pH 6,9 7,5, DO 3,22 3,60 mg/l, CO2 3,32 9,33 mg/l, BOD 4,05 7,50 mg/l. Hubungan indeks keanekaragaman plankton dan parameter fisik-kimia air menggunakan analisis korelasi bivariate pearson yaitu semakin tinggi kecerahan dan kadar oksigen terlarut (Dissolved Oxygen) maka semakin tinggi indeks keanekaragaman fitoplankton. This article was created to identify the effect of the Problem Based Learning model in improving students' critical thinking. The data collection method is in the form of a literature study. This article explains that problem-based learning is a learning model that focuses on students' solving problems in physics concepts. Critical thinking is the student's ability to analyze and evaluate the information received to conclude appropriately. The results of the literature study showed an increase in students' critical thinking skills in the learning process with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The application of Problem Based Learning has an average increase of about 50% after the learning pattern is applied. The existence of the PBL learning model is effectively used to improve students' critical thinking, which incidentally in solving physics concepts requires the ability to analyze and evaluate to conclude.
The purpose of research is produced using probiotic fermented feed that can increase: the growth rate (SGR), and feed efficiency (FCR). The research was conducted in July and November 2016. The research design used is CRD with 4 treatments and 3 replications, consisting of without given a probiotic (0%), probiotics 5%, 10% and 15% of the total feed given, for all waters treatment probiotics added to one liter every single week. Media for microbial growth added "medicinal" (white turmeric, ginger, red ginger) containing bioactive and improve immunity, pineapple source of vitamin C, sugar, bran and molasses energy sources and dairy sources of protein that are suitable for growth and multiply microbes. Parameters: SGR and FCR. Analysis of data using Anova, followed by Duncan test. The results showed probiotics in feed and aquaculture waters have a significant influence on the SGR and FCR (P <0.05). Giving 15% of probiotics produce the best catfish SGR: 3.3867 ± 0, 24440%. Giving 5% probiotics produce the best FCR 1.5733 ± 0.0987. Keywords: Probiotics, SGR, FCR, catfish
People in South East Asia region have consumed hard clam for a long time. This clam also actively collected and traded by local people around beaches and estuaries in Indonesia. The purposes of this research were to analyze protein and content of hard clam (Meretrix sp.) collected from Bancaran Estuary, Indonesia and to evaluate the content of lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd). The sample of clams was collected by hand picking during low tide. Fresh samples of clams were kept in a cool box. Fresh samples of the flesh were taken for analysis of nutrient and heavy metal content as well. The content of fat was analyzed using soxhlet method; meanwhile the protein content was analyzed using Kjeldahl method. In addition, the content of cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) in the flesh of hard clam were tested using atomic adsorption spectroscopy. The results indicated of the flesh of hard clam contained fat and protein, namely 3.25±0.42% and 10.26±0.46% respectively. Meanwhile, the content of Cadmium (Cd) and Lead (Pb) were 0.0306±0.0053 ppm and 0.0458±0.0035 ppm respectively. The level of Cd and Pb were lower than the level of maximum acceptable limit. Therefore, it can be concluded that the flesh of hard clam was safe for consumption.
