Indian press relatively report more 'risk' than 'opportunity' frames on BRI. Detailed literature on risks and opportunity frames is produced through media lenses, underpins regional and global significance and future status of BRI. Comparing framing techniques of The New York Times, Times of India and China Daily, contents of total 60 news articles are quantitatively analyzed. Finally, comparative research paradigm found both Indian and American press framing more risks than opportunities in news, therefore highlighting respective concerns of staying away from the signatory summit of BRI held in Beijing in May 2017.

Job satisfaction and leadership style has always been tested and correlated in the past to understand the impact of the leadership on the degree of job satisfaction of employees. Since the passage of time employee satisfaction has become a great aspect of organizational success, therefore, different theories of management and leadership have been proposed. In the recent contest, theory of leadership competencies has been developed that measures the different competencies of the managers and leaders. In the current study, three independent variables namely emotional quotient (EQ), intelligence quotient (IQ), and managerial quotient (MQ) are being tested on the employee’s job satisfaction level of PIA. Data was gathered by questionnaires and 212 responses were received. SPSS were applied for analysis of data and there is a confirming connection amid job satisfaction and the EQ, MQ, and IQ of PIA employees along with the positive relationship between the Leadership competencies (LC) and the job satisfaction and lastly the significant relationship between job satisfactions.
Human rights journalism (HRJ) model has been applied in this study investigating the contents of two leading English dailies of Pakistan reporting on the Baluchistan conflict which has caused massive human rights loss and violation in the last several decades. The selected dailies, The News International and Dawn, found both with human rights journalism (HRJ) and human wrong journalism (HWJ) in the year 2016. The Dawn has reported many such stories with less HRJ whereas The News International has reported comparatively few stories but with more HRJ,solution-oriented news.
