Purpose: determine the level of individual functionality referees qualifications. Objective of the study was to determine the physiological parameters characterizing the functionality of football referees qualifications. Material : mainly experiment involved 29 highly qualified referees aged 21-45 years. In the main experiment participated 29 referees and 40 assistant referees (n = 69) Ukrainian Premier League. Results: found that the means and methods that use Ukrainian football referee high qualification in the special physical training for a competition, are not effective enough. Consequence of poorly planned training process is to increase the number of wrong decisions of the referees during the match associated with poor motor activity. Conclusions: data obtained in the course of educational research confirmed our theory about the necessity of individualization process special physical training qualifications of referees, which would entail increasing the functional and motor abilities of the referees, and as a consequence of better and successful completion of the work.
The results of the research indicate the intensification of training and competitive loads in children's football and their negative impact on the body of young athletes. The increase in the complexity of young football players training occurs due to the system of children's competitions and their requirements for the training process ar- rangement, the choice of criteria for monitoring loads and assessing athletes condition. The ways of minimizing pedagogical errors and preventing the use of inadequate loads in the training process are shown based on the strategy of preparing a sports reserve for professional football and maintaining health of young football players.
Purpose: to analyze structure of motor functioning and heart beats rate indicators in elite football referees' and their assistants' competition activity. Material: in the research 15 referees and referees' assistants of Ukrainian Prime League, 30 referees and referees' assistants of first and second professional leagues of Ukraine participated. Observations over referees' movements in 21 professional matches of Ukrainian professional leagues were fulfilled. Distance, passed by a referee in one match was determined. Results: It was found that during one match referee (depending on his functions -referee or referee's assistant) passes distance from 6000 to 12 000 meters. This scope of motor functioning depends also on motor activity of players and qualification level of teams-participants in the match. Motor actions of referees' assistants change every 5 seconds during a match. During one match referee's assistants fulfill about 20 sprints and 74 accelerations. A high temp of match total distance makes 1.2 km. Conclusions: Referees' and referee assistants' motor functioning and heart beats rate indicators can vary from aerobic-restoration to anaerobic-glycolytic zone. This fact shall be considered when planning program on special physical training. It should be noted that with heart beats rate of more than 180 bpm concentration of attention significantly weakens as well as ability to take prompt and correct decisions. In such cases probability of mistakes significantly increases.
