This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, leverage and CSR disclosure on firm value. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data in the form of an annual report. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria or considerations that have been determined, 32 companies were obtained as research samples. The analysis technique in this study uses partial least squares with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value.
Economic support in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic is MSMEs. The aims of the study is to empirically test the influence of educational background, business size and financial literacy on the financial planning of MSMEs in South Surabaya during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses primary data with quantitative research types using WarpPLS 7.0, the sample in this study is MSMEs spread in the South Surabaya area. Data collection is carried out by questionnaires distributed directly by researchers to MSMEs in the South Surabaya Region using random sampling methods. Hypothesis testing is looking at the probability value (p-value). This study found that educational background and financial literacy had a significant effect on the financial planning of MSMEs in South Surabaya during the Covid-19 pandemic. This phenomenon shows that education background and financial literacy are important factors for MSMEs in South Surabaya during the Covid-19 pandemic in conducting financial planning
Sampah rumah tangga merupakan pemasalahan utama dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah populasi manusia di bumi. Pengelolaan sampah dengan baik memungkinkan sampah bertranformasi menjadi energi yang berguna bagi masyarakat luas sehingga meningkatkan nilai ekonomis sampah. Transformasi energi berguna bagi masyarakat untuk mendukung implementasi green economy yang dicanangkan masyarakat secara internasional. Green economy bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keperdulian masyarakat internasional mengenai pentingnya memelihara dan menjaga bumi beserta lingkungan beserta ekosistemnya. Desa Larangan RW 09, Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah salah satu desa yang mengimplementasikan green economy yang melakukan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga menjadi sesuatu yang bernilai bagi lingkungan. Tujuan dari agenda pengabdian ini adalah 1) Implementasi green economy dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga memberi dampak positif pada masyarakat desa. 2) Pencanangan program untuk mendukung green ekonomi memberi nilai ekonomis pada masyarakat desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Tanya jawab, diskusi dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah 1) prinsip green economy diimplementasikan di desa Larangan RW 9 dengan baik yang ditunjukkan dengan tingkat persentase yang tinggi yaitu 85,33%, yang artinya program yang mendukung green economy secara tidak langsung diterapkan di desa ini. 2) Program-program yang dilakukan oleh desa ini sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip green economy, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat persentase yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 90,21%.
Indonesia ranks third in cassava (cassava) exporters in global scale, after Thailand and Vietnam, more than 80% of cassava is exported to China. The productivity of cassava in Indonesia tends to increase, but the total volume of exports tends to decrease. This study focuses on describing the condition of the cassava timber export market trend to producing countries and then analyzes it comparatively in the global market and compares it with two other countries, namely Thailand and Vietnam. The data used is the 2014-2018 time series obtained from secondary data. This study was analyzed by RCA (Reveled Comparative Advantage). The results of research on the export volume of Indonesian cassava commodities in 2014-2018 to the main export destination countries, namely China, South Korea and Malaysia fluctuated and tended to decrease. The competitiveness of Indonesia's cassava commodity exports to China, South Korea and Vietnam can be seen from the results of the calculation of the RCA value which shows that Indonesian cassava does not have competitiveness and comparative advantage in China, South Korea and Malaysia. Although the RCA value of Indonesian cassava is low, the production value of Indonesian cassava is high. From the results of RCA calculations, Thailand and Vietnam have high competitiveness in cassava exports to destination countries, namely China, South Korea and Malaysia because they have an excess value of 1 .
This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance including institutional ownership, managerial ownership, an independent board of commissioners, and an audit committee on the value of the company. The population used in this study is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual reports. Sampling techniques are obtained using purposive sampling methods. Based on predetermined criteria, 14 state-owned enterprises (SOEs) were obtained as research samples. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study show that Institutional Ownership has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, Managerial Ownership has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, the Independent Board of Commissioners has no significant effect on the value of the company, the Audit Committee has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company.
