Abstrak -Telah berhasil dibuat film tipis Ba 0.55 Sr 0.45 TiO 3 di atas substrat Corning Glass 7059 dengan metode Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD) berbantuan spin coating berkecepatan putar 3000 rpm selama 30 detik dalam kelarutan 1 M. Film tipis di annealing pada suhu 550 o C, 575 o C, selama 22 jam. Sifat optik dilakukan dengan alat Ocean Optic USB 4000 pada rentang gelombang cahaya tampak (350-790 nm) diperoleh energi bandgap sebesar 1.888 eV dan 1.712 eV. Kata Kunci: Ba 0.55 Sr 0.45 TiO 3 , CSD, energi bandgap, film tipis Abstract -Have been successfully created a thin film Ba 0.55 Sr 0.45 TiO 3 above the substrate of Corning Glass 7059 by the method of Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD) assisted with spin coating's turning speed 3000 rpm for 30 seconds in the solubility of 1 M. Thin film was annealed at temperature of 550 o C, 575 o C for 22 hours. Optical characterization was carried out by Ocean Optic USB 4000 device on wave range Visible (350-790 nm) that was obtained the energy bandgap of 1.888 eV dan 1.712 eV.
