Neste trabalho temos como objetivo analisar a síndrome de Burnout em profissionais de enfermagem verificando como que esta acarreta em prejuízo ao profissional de enfermagem. A partir disso foi realizada uma pesquisa de revisão de literatura, sendo utilizados como base de estudo as bases de dados eletrônicos: Scielo, Bireme e Google acadêmico. Como resultados, verificamos que a síndrome de Burnout tem acometido cada vez mais profissionais da enfermagem devido, principalmente ao contexto no qual ele está inserido, gerando altos índices de absenteísmo, acidentes, doenças, conflitos, abandono e desinteresse, verificados em todos os níveis do processo de trabalho, dessa forma, cabe o estudo de novas pesquisas, principalmente na atual conjuntura da pandemia da COVID-19 em que perpassa o mundo, sendo importante investigar como os profissionais de enfermagem tem sido afetados psicologicamente tanto pelo o excesso de trabalho quanto pela tensão de exposição pessoal e de seus familiares ou ainda pela a impotência diante do enfrentamento da doença.
A gerência em enfermagem exige do enfermeiro uma ênfase maior nas competências de liderança, coordenação e direção. Tais capacidades fazem com que os profissionais busquem mais conhecimento, possibilitando responder às demandas profissionais, organizacionais e pessoais. Diante disso o objetivo deste estudo foi identificar na bibliografia nacional as competências do enfermeiro no aspecto gerencial no âmbito hospitalar. A metodologia trata-se de uma revisão narrativa, realizada por meio das bases de dados virtuais PubMed, Scielo e Lilacs. A coleta dos dados se deu em entre julho e agosto de 2020. Para a construção da seguinte pesquisa foram selecionados 10 artigos, os quias foram apresentados seus resultados e discussões. A partir das análises, compreendeu-se que na perspectiva de enfermeiros que atuam no contexto hospitalar, as competências gerenciais, liderança, tomada de decisão, comunicação e planejamento e organização são indispensáveis à sua atuação. O enfermeiro compreende a sua importância nesse papel na instituição, percebendo-se como profissional agregador e conhecedor das relações trabalhistas e administrativas, propondo estratégias capazes de alcançar um cuidado planejado e de qualidade a vários pacientes, primando pelo raciocínio crítico, satisfação profissional, reconhecimento e qualidade da assistência, elementos inerentes à realização e satisfação de um artífice. É evidente medidas educacionais, a formação de grupos de apoio às intervenções e as consultas de enfermagem como ações educativas desenvolvidas pela enfermagem, bem como apresentar subsídios para estudos na área e apoio acadêmico quanto à temática abordada.
Abordar sobre a assistência por parte da equipe de Enfermagem durante o ciclo reprodutivo feminino, aspectos da saúde da mulher durante a fase puerperal é o objetivo deste trabalho. Diante disso foi realizada uma revisão de literatura narrativa, qualitativa com busca por artigos científicos nas bases de dados Bireme, SCielo e PubMed. Como resultados, identificamos que a assistência de enfermagem a puérperas reflete em satisfação às pacientes, que se sentem confortáveis e confiantes sob os cuidados da enfermagem No entanto ainda há uma inclinação ao abandono dos cuidados, pelas puérperas, após o parto, visto que a recusa da revisão pós-parto ainda é uma realidade comum. Cabe ao estudo novas pesquisas, principalmente na lacuna de educação em saúde as gestantes sobre os seus direitos e que estes não acabam no momento do parto, e quanto aos profissionais é importante que haja uma capacitação continuada sobre a assistência no puerpério, visando melhorar cada dia mais os cuidados ofertados a esse público.
