ZnO nanoparticles have been synthesized by the Hydrothermal technique of [Zn(CH3COO)2 2H2O] solution by ethanol within NaOH. The samples have been characterized by an X-ray diffraction study. Field emission Scanning electron microscopy reveals the nanostructure of the particles produced. their crystal size ranges in the range of nm (74-94 nm) and changes to(53-59 nm) under change of the time preparation.
The solar cell efficiency has been improved by using concentrators having mixing two organic dyes; Pyranine and Triglyceride for Oleic acid. The efficiency of the silicon solar cell was measured before and after mixing.
A Big improvement was noticed in the solar cell efficiency from (21.57) to (34.16). Also, the (fluorescence & absorption), stokes shift (Δη), radiated lifetime (τ
fm
), fluorescence lifetime (τ
f
) and quantum efficiency (Q
fm
) was calculated.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
