A Mola Hidatiforme (MH) caracteriza doença trofoblástica gestacional (DTG), é de baixa frequência na gravidez e com grande potencial de ameaça à vida. Há diversas formas de classificação, sendo uma complicação de pouca incidência no Brasil, devendo atentar-se para os casos e as condutas emergentes. Objetivo: Relatar um caso de Mola Hidatiforme ocorrido na cidade de Fernandópolis-SP, discorrendo sobre a forma de diagnóstico e tratamento utilizado. Métodos: Apresentar um caso e enfatizar os procedimentos e o tratamento ideal para ele. Tendo como questão norteadora verificar quais foram os procedimentos utilizados e as melhores formas de tratamento para este caso. Conclusão: A Mola Hidatiforme pode apresentar diferentes sinais e sintomas. Desse modo, é importante que o médico esteja atualizado dentro dos protocolos de manejo dessa doença de baixa ocorrência na sociedade brasileira, garantindo a melhor opção terapêutica para o paciente.
