Designing a model of autonomy development for adolescents is an important aspect of the research . The article describes the process of Designing and validating the «Adolescents' Readiness for Independent Living» questionnaire . The «Adolescents' Readiness for Independent Living» questionnaire is an adaptation of the Ansell-Casey Life Skills Assessment (ACLSA) Youth 4 -Version 4 .0 [32] . A distinctive feature of the modified questionnaire is the use of a series of focus groups with adolescents attending residential institutions and the formulation of questions that allow us to measure the independence of adolescents in Russia . The questionnaire is based on the concept of hardiness, according to which life skills promote the socialization of adolescents into the world of «adulthood» and uncertainty . An empirical study assessed adolescents' readiness for independent living; it was conducted in Moscow and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, with a total sample size of (N = 179) respondents, 76 of them boys, 103 girls, and with an average age of 17 years . The research is aimed at developing a scale for evaluating the communication signals of an early-age child, which can help to assess the predictors of the development of behavioral, cognitive, and socio-emotional skills in a child. This system of fixing the child's communication signals is based on the periodization of the ontogeny of communication between M. Lisina and her followers (E. Smirnova, D. Godovikova, S. Meshcheryakova, etc.), which allows us to consider specific forms of communication between a child and an adult in the new social situation of modern children's development. The materials of an empirical study conducted on a sample of dyads of mothers and young children are presented. The study (N=55) involved dyads of mothers and children aged 2,4 to 3,3 years (M=2,9; SD=0,40), of which 62% were girls. The study included a video recording of a mother's playtime interaction with a child for 15 minutes. The resulting video clips were analyzed and encoded using the "Observer-XT 14" program. To evaluate video protocols, experts used the evaluation of the child-parent interaction method "Evaluation of child-parent interaction" [ECPI- 2 ed.], the scale of "Child communication signals". The method of main components was used for processing expert assessments, which allowed us to distinguish three factors of children's indicators ["Exploratory activity"; "Personal autonomy"; "Emotional alienation"]. Based on the results, we can talk about the stability of indicators-factors that characterize the child's communication signals. Based on the array of experimental data [49,500 seconds of video tape], a model has been developed for analyzing dynamic changes occurring in the process of child-parent interaction. All factors are stable over time: autocorrelation dynamic series are characterized by high values of correlation coefficients. It is noted that the formation of personal autonomy when interacting with a significant adult and the emotional alienation of a child from an adult can ambivalently influence the child's research activity.

The paper outlines the key issues of early prevention of family trouble. The analysis of family structure with the increased quantitative indices of single-parent families at the present stage of society development is given. The article presents an empirical model of paternal Selfconcept. Father's self-concept is the result of merging of the integral components of the image of himself as a father, his self-attitude and self-image (both as a stable realized and as formed by the parent family). The uniqueness and importance of the work with fathers in terms of organizations supporting family and children of the city of Moscow is shown. The key positions in forming the model of a service for the implementation of measures of fathers' psychological support are outlined.
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the prerequisites for the creation and description of the theoretical foundations of the new educational technology «Re-foresight» («Research Foresight»). The article justified the request for new educational technologies in working with the managers of the new formation. The genesis of the foresight methodology is presented, in which the content thread of the formation of instruments of influence on the development of the strategies of the country, region, and industry is traced. The road map of author's educational technology for research foresight is given, which includes the stages: improvement of managerial competencies, real forecasting, design of management decisions, assessment; application of modern teaching methods: igrofication, visualization of meanings, personal reflection. A triad of psychological categories (personality - activity - communication) is presented, forming the methodology of educational technology «Re-Foresight». The educational technology «Re-Foresight» has been approved in the construction of the image of the future youth branch of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District and can be applied at the regional and municipal level, as well as in carrying out branch and corporate foresights.
