The paper presents an overview of foreign practices of using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in fish farming or aquaculture. It is noted how effective the management of a fish farm can become if there is access to new information that would have gone unnoticed without the use of artificial intelligence. Taking into account the fact that the pace of development of aquaculture in Russia is very insignificant and significantly lags behind foreign analogues, and also taking into account the active processes of digitalization of all spheres of the economy in our country, it seems that a review of foreign practice of using AI in aquaculture will further create its own resource base in the direction of AI for the agro-industrial sector.
The article deals with the methodology of labor rationing at stationary jobs and the establishment of rational norms of machine productivity, production standards in the low-capacity milk processing shop in agricultural organizations. A comparative analysis of the cost of working time based on the data of a complex photo of the working day and the projected balance of the working time of the shift is presented. The proposed method of setting the machine performance rate on stationary cyclic equipment in a low-power milk processing shop will allow you to design a rational balance of shift working time for any production parameters and for any set working shift duration. The establishment of rational labor standards will eliminate downtime for various reasons, ensure the most efficient use of production equipment, reduce defects in work and will contribute to improving productivity and labor efficiency.
An important component of the image of a modern enterprise is the quality and environmental friendliness of products. International standard ISO 14001:2015 specifies requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to improve the environmental performance of its activities. The spread of the application of ISO 14000 standards in Russian enterprises is hampered by a number of problems: improper planning of the development and implementation of the quality management system, low involvement of the company's management and personnel in the development and implementation of the quality management system. The implementation of ISO 14000 standards in livestock organizations is possible if the criteria are met: the land plot is removed from large cities and industrial zones, the livestock of farm animals meets the standards, the size of the land plot meets the standards for keeping farm animals. It is advisable to organize a quality management system department in the organizational structure of the SRO "Association of Peasant (Farm) Farms and Agricultural Cooperatives of the Perm Territory" for comprehensive support and coordination of the activities of agricultural organizations in the region.
