In the present scenario the modern engineering and industrial manufacturing units are facing lot of problems in many aspects such as machining time, raw material, man power, electricity, and customer's constraints. Such a complex problem of vagueness and uncertainty can be handled by the theory of fuzzy logic based in using a membership function to solve a fuzzy mix product selection. We use the amalgamation of fuzzy job shop scheduling approach to find profits and customer satisfaction using a fuzzy-JSP approach [1].
This article or writing aims to reveal the form of solidarity of the Madurese community in Watu Ulo Hamlet in the Pethik Laut tradition/ceremony. Researchers took this location as a research point because based on previous research, the literature on social solidarity in traditional community traditions is still limited. In addition, the researchers also studied the Pethik Laut in Watu Ulo Hamlet, Ambulu, Jember because so far the research on the Pethik Laut in Jember is still small. The problem is focused on the form of social solidarity of the Madurese community in Watu Ulo when carrying out this tradition. To approach this problem, Emile Durkheim's theoretical reference on the concept of social solidarity is used. The data were collected through the synthesis of online interviews and literature study, and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that attachment to values and social reality also forms solidarity. For example, there is a form of social solidarity among the Madurese in this tradition, namely solidarity in determining and preparing ceremonies, such as withdrawing funds, making food, and managing activities. Thus, the social solidarity of the Madurese community is included in the Durkheim type of mechanical solidarity.

The purpose of this study was to determine the protection of the constitutional and normative rights for daily workers. Next to determine the legal policy of the Indonesian government in providing protection to daily workers through Ministerial Decree No. 100/2004. Normative methods used to analyze the legal norms applicable in Indonesia governing the protection of daily workers. Based on this method, the portion of the protection of the rights of workers will be known. The results of this research are that the rights of an employee still do not fulfil the rights of workers constitutively and normatively. Government policy in the protection of daily workers was still not enough to provide legal certainty, usefulness, and fairness for workers. The government's policy regarding the rights of daily workers still needs to be improved in order to accommodate the rights of daily workers.
