Петрухин) Минздрава Московской области, Москва, Россия Поднимается проблема высокой частоты кесаревых сечений и ее влияние на демографические показатели (рождаемость, материнскую и перинатальную смертность), репродуктивное здоровье женского населения, психическое здоровье будущего поколения (детей, извлеченных оперативным путем), квалификацию акушеров-гинекологов. В статье также рассматриваются нравственно-этические и юридические аспекты этого глобального явления. Обозначены ближайшие и отдаленные негативные последствия, с которыми могут столкнуться люди, появившиеся на свет путем кесарева сечения. Авторы констатируют, что нет прямой корреляции между частотой кесарева сечения и перинатальной смертностью, так как в ее структуре основное место занимает антенатальная гибель плода, не зависящая от метода родоразрешения. Для снижения общей частоты абдоминальных родов необходимо снизить частоту первого кесарева сечения путем повышения квалификации акушеров-гинекологов, начиная со студенческой скамьи, совершенствования страховой медицины с ограничениями использования дорогостоящего метода оперативного родоразрешения, законодательных актов, защищающих врачебные позиции акушеров, возлагающих на себя ответственность при ведении самопроизвольных родов высокого риска.
