Die Dihydrazidophosphorsäureester (I) reagieren mit den (1,9‐ Dichlordi‐ oder ‐trisiloxanen (II) oder (VI) in Gegenwart von Triethylamin zu den sechs‐ bis achtgliedrigen bzw. acht‐ bis zehngliedrigen cyclischen Verbindungen (III)‐(V) bzw. (VII)‐(lX), die zwei exocyclische NHg‐Gruppen, eine oder keine solche Gruppe enthalten.
Das Isomerengemisch der Titelverbindung (III) wird durch Umsetzung des Bis‐[hydrazido]‐thiophosphats (I) mit dem Thiophosphoryldichlorid (II) in Gegenwart von Triethylamin und Al‐trichlorid als Katalysator in verbesserter Ausb. erhalten.
Die Darstellung der Titelverbindungen (III) gelingt durch Umsetzung der Siiureehloride (I) mit den entsprechenden methylstibstituierten Hydrazinen (II) in Gegenwart von lriethylamin.
