Kuliner merupakan salah satu jenis wisata yang banyak diminati oleh wisatawan, sehingga dibutuhkan media promosi untuk memperkenalkan kuliner yang menjadi ciri khas kota. Pemerintah Kota Semarang membentuk program Ayo Wisata ke Semarang demi mewujudkan pesona wisata dengan membahas jenis wisata di Kota Semarang termasuk wisata kuliner. Media promosi yang sudah ada di Kota Semarang berupa berita melalui video yang dikemas dengan durasi yang panjang dan dirasa kurang efektif. Melalui fakta tersebut, sehingga diperlukan sebuah media untuk mendukung promosi dan memberikan rekomendasi kuliner Kota Semarang berupa video promosi yang lebih memperkenalkan wisata kuliner Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan strategi linier untuk mempromosikan wisata kuliner di Kota Semarang. Hasil video promosi telah dipublikasikan di akun resmi pemerintah Kota Semarang seperti youtube, instagram, dan facebook.
Decision on capital structure have an important role in determinig banking performance.This study aims to find alternative strategies for Bank X in fulfilling the capital requirements and to measure its the effectivities in order to reach the capital requirements of the Bank X to be in accordance with the regulations in 2018. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information related to the importance of strengthening the capital structure of the company, especially in the banking industry in order to maintain the continuity of business and to win in the market competition. The study was conducted at Bank X was located in Bandung. The research method used was survey with qualitative research approaches. While the type of research was explorative descriptive analysis. The results of the study was found three effective strategies to meet the capital needs of Bank X in 2018, namely asset revaluation, reduction in dividend payout ratio (DPR) and the issuance of subordinated bonds. These three strategies could improve Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). while alternative simulations need to be carried out to determine the impact of the decision making.
Trends in achieving national banking performance in the 2017-2022 period tend to fluctuate. This is evidenced by financial report data that contains performance and financial ratios of national banking with indicators with unstable trends. Creativity, technological advances, superior com-petence and business attitudes to add value proposition to compete in the banking industry are not only related to products and processes, but also related to the company's human capital man-agement and have a positive influence on improving business performance. The research method uses quantitative research with descriptive and verification research types. The research instru-ment used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques to determine the correlative relationship in this study using Partial Least Square. The results of the study show that Business Performance with a dominant dimension, namely Non-Financial Performance, is strongly influenced by the Work Engagement Program with a dominant dimension, namely Organization Commitment and Digital Transformation Implementation with a dominant dimension, namely Value Proposition. The Work Engagement Program is influenced by Millennial Human Capital Development with the dominant dimension namely Internal Integration, which is influenced by the External Environ-ment with the dominant dimension namely Covid-19 Pandemic and the Internal Environment with the dominant dimension namely Human Capital. namely Organization Commitment and Digital Transformation Implementation with a dominant dimension, namely Value Proposition. The Work Engagement Program is influenced by Millennial Human Capital Development with the dominant dimension namely Internal Integration, which is influenced by the External Environ-ment with the dominant dimension namely Covid-19 Pandemic and the Internal Environment with the dominant dimension namely Human Capital. namely Organization Commitment and Digital Transformation Implementation with a dominant dimension, namely Value Proposition.
