The aim of this research is to analyze potency and generate organic fertilizer with noneconomic seaweed as material which is bioecologically environment-friendly to stimulate Gracilaria verrucosa production. By utilizing inexpensive and bioecologically beneficial material, it is expected to increase the growth, production, and repair the quality of Gracilaria verrucosa. The specific target of this research is to analyze the effectivity of an-organic fertilizers (urea) with seaweed-based liquid organic fertilizer. The hormone growth of generated urea and seaweed liquid fertilizers is analyzed, including auxin, gibberellin, cytokinin, as well as nutrient (macro and micro). Moreover, the fertilizer is tested on Gracilaria verrucosa. Several noneconomic seaweeds (Codium sp., Ulva sp., Padina sp., Amphiroa sp.) are found in waters area of Sulawesi Tengah. Based on laboratory testing result, it shows that organic fertilizer which has good potency by looking at N, P, and K contents is organic fertilizer Ulva sp., with content of N (0.45 mg/L), P (7.67 mg/L), and K (11.06 mg/L). The result of the research shows that there are apparent differences between the tested treatment (p < 0.05) on Gracilaria sp., growth, and the highest testing on giving liquid fertilizer Ulva sp. (71.0 g) with dose 400 mL/15 L water. The result of Gracilaria verrucosa quality by using liquid fertilizer Ulva sp. is 40.89%, urea fertilizer 38.62%, and without fertilizer 32.57%. The hormone content of Ulva sp. growth is IAA (0.3961 ppm), gibberellin (36.9595 ppm), and kinetin (3.3718 ppm), and urea fertilizer contains IAA (0.4063 ppm), gibberellin (30.2047 ppm), and kinetin (0.0717 ppm).
This study aims to find out how the organizational climate and the implementation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as well as the factors that influence both aspects of the KSP Bina Sejahtera. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. Data sources come from observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis of Milles and Hubberman, where data is collected, presented, reduced, and drawn conclusions. The results show that a good organizational climate and the application of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) are very important for the progress of an organization because it has influence on increasing maximum performance. In addition, the organizational climate influences the creation of OCB actions carried out by employees, because the organizational climate is an initial condition that triggers OCB. When the organizational climate is good, the members of the organization will always support the work beyond the obligations they should and will always support the goals of the organization. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana iklim organisasi dan penerapan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kedua aspek tersebut pada KSP Bina Sejahtera. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data berasal dari observasi dan wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif Milles dan Hubberman, dimana data dikumpul, disajikan, direduksi, dan ditarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa iklim organisasi yang baik dan adanya penerapan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sangatlah penting bagi kemajuan sebuah organisasi karena memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja yang maksimal. Selain itu, iklim organisasi mempengaruhi terciptanya tindakan OCB yang dilakukan oleh karyawan, karena iklim organisasi merupakan kondisi awal yang memicu terjadinya OCB. Ketika iklim organisasi baik maka anggota organisasi akan selalu mendukung pekerjaan melebihi kewajiban seharusnya dan akan selalu mendukung tujuan organisasi.
The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of employee compensation, motivation and work discipline variables on PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population used in this study is 46 respondents, the entire population is made as respondents (census). Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression method using the help of SPSS for Windows Relase 20.0 program. Hypothesis testing used has a significance level of α = 0.05. The test results obtained that simultaneously compensation, motivation and work discipline affect performance, with the regression equation of Y = α + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 or Y = 2,338 + 0,718 (X1) + 0,164 (X2) + 0,162 (X3) and with the level The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.679 or 67.9% while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study. Partially with the standard obtained the results of research X1, X2 and X3 have an effect on Y with a significance value of X1 of 0.00, X2 of 0.03 and X3 of 0.00.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh variabel kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 46 responden, seluruh populasi dijadikan responden (sensus). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan dari program SPSS for Windows Relase 20,0. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan mempunyai taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa secara serempak kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dengan persamaan regresi sebesarY = α + b1X1 + b2X2+ b3X3 atau Y = 2,338 + 0,718(X1)+ 0,164(X2) + 0,162(X3)dan dengan tingkat koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,679 atau 67,9% sedangkan sisanya 32,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial dengan standar diperoleh hasil penelitian X1, X2 dan X3 berpengaruh terhadap Y dengan nilai signifikansi X1sebesar 0,00, X2 sebesar 0,03 dan X3 sebesar 0,00.
The aim of this research is to determine simultaneous and partial influence of personality (X1) and family environment (X2) on entrepreneurial intentions (Y) of students. Subjects of this research involve students of The Management Department, Tadulako University with a sample of 88 respondents. This consists of 28 students of 2012 class, 26 students of 2013 class, and 34 students of 2014 class. Data collecting method apply observation, interviews, and questionnaires that analyzed with multiple linear regressions by using SPSS for Windows Release 16,0 software. The result shows that: 1) personality and family environment simultaneously have significant influence on entrepreneurial intention of student in the Management Department of University of Tadulako; 2) personality partially has significant influence on entrepreneurial intention of student in the Management Department of University of Tadulako; 3) family environment has significant influence on entrepreneurial intention of student in the Management Department of University of Tadulako. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara serempak dan parsial dari kepribadian (X1) dan lingkungan keluarga (X2), terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (Y). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, dengan sampel 88 orang, yang terdiri dari 28 mahasiswa manajemen angkatan 2012, 26 mahasiswa manajemen angkatan 2013 dan 34 mahasiswa manajemen angkatan 2014. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linearberganda dengan program SPSS For Windows Release 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kepribadian dan lingkungan keluarga secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, 2) kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, dan 3) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako.
