Edge detection is at the forefront of image processing for object detection, so a good understanding of edge detection algorithms is essential. This paper aims to analyze the ability of combined edge detection methods to identify images, through a comparison of two different edge detection methods, namely the combination of Sobel and Prewitt (Sobel+Prewitt) with Roberts and Canny (Roberts+Canny). The analysis process uses a dataset of Passion Flower Images obtained from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Plant Database, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). The Image dataset was obtained using a Nikon Coolpix 995 camera, JPG format with a resolution of 128×192 pixels. Based on the analysis and testing, the results of the research using the combined edge detection technique of Roberts and Canny resulted in better image identification accuracy compared to Sobel and Prewitt. The average accuracy was 92.84% versus 68.75%.
Abstrak- Perancangan aplikasi sistem informasi geografis untuk pemetaan dan pencarian Kandang Peternakan Di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman berbasis android bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi lokasi Kandang Peternakan kepada masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman maupun masyarakat luar Kabupaten Padang Pariaman tersebut, serta memberikan informasi-informasi mengenai detail Kandang Peternakan. Sehingga diharapkan dapat di akses kapanpun dan dimana pun.Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis android ini dibuat menggunakan MapInfo Professional 9.0 sebagai dasar pembuatan peta aplikasi, Eclipse sebagai dasar Aplikasi di android , dan Giscloud sebagai server penyimpanan peta secara online.Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi Kandang Peternakan Di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman yang disajikan dalam bentuk sebuah aplikasi peta Dan Informasi tentang Kandang Peternakan. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan secara online maupun offline. SMAN 8 Padang has implemented an online E-Raport Information System for 4 years and there have been changes and improvements that allow errors to occur in the system. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an audit for the development of the E-Raport Information System in the future. And one of the measuring tools in Information System Audit is COBIT (Control Objectives For Information & Related Technology). This research was conducted by measuring the object of research including the measurement of maturity level using primary IT Processes from 4 domains contained in Cobit Audit (PO9, A12, DS5, and ME2). Based on the research, the maturity level of the E-Raport Information System at SMAN 8 Padang has reached a well-managed level. AbstrakSMAN 8 Padang telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi E-Raport secara online selama 4 Tahun dan telah terjadi perubahan dan perbaikan yang memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan pada sistem. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan audit untuk pengembangan Sistem Informasi E-Raport dimasa yang akan datang. Dan salah satu alat ukur dalam audit SI adalah COBIT (Control Objectives For Information & Related Technology). Berdasarkan penelitian, tingkat kemantangan Sistem Informasi E-Raport pada SMAN 8 Padang telah mencapai tingkat terkelola dengan baik. Healthy food menu for toddlers is selected based on criteria that have been determined by Puskesmas Sasak Ranah Pasisie. The selection of healthy food menus for toddlers is carried out by the institution as the selection of healthy foods for toddlers. The selection of toddler food menus still uses traditional methods that have not been systemized. With these problems, a decision support system is applied using the La Raelite Elimination Et Choix method. This method is able to give subjective and inuitive considerations of the criteria factors that are considered important influences on alternative choices. Decision Support System is a computer technology solution that can be used to support decision making that is complex in problem solving in an organization, in order to be able to determine the selection of the best competitive and superior healthy food menu from the many toddler food menus then the process of selecting a healthy toddler food menu that determines the optimal alternative is fast and efficient.
Gangguan belajar pada anak yang bermacam-macam yang mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam membaca, menulis, dan menghitung. Kebanyakan dari kalangan orang tua juga sering kali tidak mengenali jenis gangguan pada anak mereka yang seharusnya bisa diketahui dengan gejalagejala yang dialami oleh anak. Sistem pakar ini dibangun untuk mendiagnosa jenis gangguan belajar pada anak usia 5-10 tahun. Dari sistem pakar ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai jenis gangguan serta pencegahannya. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi Forward Chaining dan Certainty Factor. Hasil uji konsultasi dengan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menentukan jenis gangguan beserta solusi awal yang harus dilakukan, berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang sebelumnya dipilih oleh pengguna.
