The authors examine the role of interdisciplinary competences in the development of higher education on the basis of the analysis of their integrative nature, nature and characteristics. The role of monitoring and indicators in the assessment of students’ knowledge obtained through the use of interdisciplinary competences is revealed. The importance of interdisciplinary models by identifying the stages of implementation of practice-oriented communicative approach in teaching is exposed. The problems of interdisciplinary competences are discussed in the context of forming tolerance and minimizing risk-taking in society. Against the backdrop of youth's problems the issue of educational reform is put forward and solved from the perspective of interdisciplinary, systematic, integrity. In the authors’ opinion, the formation of multi-disciplinary competencies, which would have formed the basis of social tolerance, is relevant to present day
Abshuct-This article offers analysis of poly-agent approach to education in context of methods of experience, understanding, as well as symbolic and expressionist methodologies. The focus of this paper is to emphasize the role of faith and beliefs in the process of mind forming of subjects in educational space, obtaining and consolidation of knowledge.Poly-agency in educational space is defined as multilateral interaction between students and teacher, as well as between students themselves.Education is one of the most complex ways to forin the mind. In process of the education, minds of a teacher and a student interact. The modern approach to shaping the educational process must provide compensation of the losses during the process of subject's mind forming. If texts and illustration are being perceived passively, there is no guarantee their perception by students is correct. It is necessary to use active and interactive methods in the process of education. The context of educational process needs to be such a context for modeling so that a student could operate knowledge, receive intellectual reactions fiom the system, and construct virtual and real world out of models, that would interact with him and help him better learn the scholastic subject. Such interaction provides efficient and well-balanced learning, There is a need for a certain information technology of design and modeling, which would be oriented towards its final user.Technology of poly-agency implies that models o f the educational process not only can be interactive, but also knowledge-based. In educational system society applies concepts, ways and styles of thinking; and those are means of cultural development, and they also allow to compare systems of concepts, ways and styles of thinking of different epochs.Consciousness i s a result of life experience in specific form of life, a result of the educationai process. Evolution of mind is a process o f liberation of possibilities hidden in us, that are associated with realization of genetic and social codes. The structure of human consciousness is complex, it presents itself on three levels: sub-mental, mental, and super-mentat. If we look at correlation of faith, knowledge, and belief3 on each level, we'll see the following:-faith dominates on sub-mental level, -knowledge dominates on mental level, -and beliefs dominate on super-mentai level.Beliefs are formed as unity of knowIedge and faith, as a certain syntheses of sub-mental and mental. The process of understanding penetrates structure on all levsis.Faith, knowledge, and beliefs make the basis of cultures, and cultural value of nations. In this regard, studies on development of the beliefs (and therefore, of faith as a ground of beliefs) formation mechanism can be very heipful. The authors examine the essence of professional competencies determined by the modern development of higher education on the basis of analysis of their integrative nature, essence and peculiarities. It reveals the nature of the integration of personality-oriented and professional knowledge of the control and its role in the competence formation. It reveals the importance of the integrative nature of the educational process in improving the education system. In the paper, the researchers point out modular training that enables the identification of the objectives and procedures of examination, assessment of the educational process. The researchers also showed that the subjects serve as a methodological basis, serve as a guide in the educational space. It is concluded that the use of technology of bringing together the practice and theoretical education, the formation of a practice-oriented training induces a change in the methodology and content of disciplines
Regulation and problems of adaptation are considered in research in aspect of high-quality management. The object of research is foreign students. Adaptation challenges a person's sense of well-being. Research defines satisfaction as a global assessment of quality of human life. This assessment is based on criteria of the person. systems; in these conditions the development of effective mechanisms of adaptation in the unstable external environment is possible on the assumption of use of co-evolutionary -innovative processes. The recommendations about the creation on the basis of these processes of effective mechanisms of adaptation of social systems to instability conditions are developed. On the basis of a systematic approach in the article explores innovative models of behavior as a way of effective adaptation of social systems in an unstable environment, based on the principle of co-evolutionary innovation. It is shown that the modern period is characterized by the growth of the dynamics and complexity of the interaction of social systems; in these conditions, the development of effective adaptation mechanisms in an unstable environment can be provided the use of evolutionary processes and innovation. To evaluate the potential use of evolutionary processes and innovation to create effective mechanisms for the adaptation of social systems in an unstable environment.
