The crucial problem in implementing Vocational Education on diplomas in Indonesia is the relevance of competence to industry needs, work culture, and sustainable career development. The industrial internship is one of the programs and subjects organized by Vocational Education to unravel the available chain of problems. However, the fact is that the implementation of industrial internships has not positively impacted students. This study explores industry and education practitioners' perceptions regarding applying work-based learning through an industrial internship for Vocational Education Diploma (VED). Fourteen expert practitioners were involved in data collection through semi-structured interviews. Qualitative data were analyzed thematically using NVivo 12. The findings in this study were grouped into two clusters or themes, namely the role of diploma education and the skills needed by students during internships in the automotive industry. The education sector must understand the mindset, internship orientation, program planning, career path orientation in industry, and mastery of case study competencies. Internship students must master the skills of observing, increasing efficiency, productivity, service functions and access to technology, and optimizing interactions with supervisors. The success of WBL-II is in the mutual interest of stakeholders and is integrated with the higher education curriculum. This study is an input for the professional implementation of WBL-II in the future.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel capital adequacy ratio terhadap return on asset, mengetahui pengaruh variabeel ukuran bank terhadap return on asset, mengetahui pengaruh variabeel resiko pembiayaan terhadap return on asset, mengetahui pengaruh variabel capital adequacy ratio, ukuran bank dan resiko pembiayaan terhadap return on asset. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20.0, objek penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Indonesia periode 2015 - 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan rasio kecukupan modal, ukuran bank dan risiko pembiayaan berpengaruh terhadap return on asset dilihat dari nilai Fhitung (9139) > Ftabel (3,27). Secara parsial resiko pembiayaan berpengaruh terhadap retun on asset, dilihat dari nilai thitung (-3,371) < ttabel (-2,01). Rasio kecukupan modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on asset, dilihat dari nilai thitung (1,674) < ttabel (2,01) dan ukuran bank tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on asset, dilihat dari nilai thitung (1,126) < ttabel (2,01). Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi adalah 0,293. Hal ini berarti 29,3% variasi dari return on asset bisa dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel independen (capital adequacy ratio, ukuran bank dan resiko pembiayaan). Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 29,3% = 70,7%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini, seperti financing deposit ratio, beban operasional dan pendapatan operasional, nett profit margin.Kata kunci:capital adequacy ratio, ukuran bank, resiko pembiayaan, return on asset
ABSTRAK Pengabdian ini berjudul Manajemen Waktu dalam penggunaan Handphone pada anak usia remaja di Yayasan Al MubarokTangerang Selatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk Membantu memberikan arahan terhadap remaja dan anak usia dini dalam memperhatikan dalam penggunaan handphone atau gadget lainnya disela sela tugas mereka sebagai pelajar. Sehingga mereka bisa menjalani kehidupan yang lebih baik. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu tahap survei yaitu sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menyusun berbagai hal yang akan disampaikan pada saat kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yang meliputi: penyusunan materi yang akan diberikan, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi, pembagian tugas tim pengabdian dan survei ke lokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitu sebelum kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan tahap sosialisasi yaitu melakukan silaturahmi dengan ketua yayasan, menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan jalinan kerjasama dan menentukan jadwal kegiatan pengabdian. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi jurusan manajemen sebanyak 11 orang.Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah Peserta kurang mengerti apa itu dan bagaimana mengggunakan handphone secara bijak tanpa menggangu jam belajar mengajar mereka. Harapan kami dengan pengabdian ini dapat membuka wawasan masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya keilmuan bagi para Para Masyarakat tentang penggunaan handphone dan gadget lainnya sehingga para remaja dapat mengatur waktu dengan baik.dan Ilmu yang diperoleh pada Pengabdian Masyarakat kali ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi kita dalam menyampaikan materi dan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi generasi muda, baik dilingkungan sekolah, kampus dan keluarga Kata Kunci: Manajemen Waktu, Penggunaan Gadget, Handphone, Remaja
Community Service (PKM) is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in its implementation is inseparable from the other two dharmas, and involves all academics: lecturers, students, education staff and alumni. Through PKM the academic community can be present in the midst of the community. Seeing the location of the campus which is not far from the location of Pisangan Village, East Ciputat District, South Tangerang, it has become an obligation for the University of Pamulang (Unpam) to participate in helping various problems faced by the community both near and far. Marketing Management, particularly financial management, is related to how to find out about fund management systematically, so that financial management is not only the mastery of a collection of knowledge but also a processinvention. The problem that arises is the absence of adequate learning media to explain a concept. Effective learning. However, most schools still feel the lack of facilities and infrastructure. information is still quite difficult to obtain. This will make it difficult for the community to understand the concept, so extension workers must be creative and innovative. PKM with the title: "The introduction of the location of the nearest posyandu in the Pisangan village with the marketing management of Revolution 4.0 to increase public knowledge of the location and function of the nearest posyandu in the village of Pisangan" in general went smoothly and in an orderly manner. the public was enthusiastic in listening to the explanation of the material provided. The enthusiasm of the residents continued when the questions and answers surrounding the demonstration. Indonesia faces unemployment and employment problems. In February 2021, the number of unemployed people aged 15 years and over in Indonesia reached 8.7 million. On the other hand, the Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted economic activity, uncertainty, and 6.4 million workers were forced to be laid off. The unemployment rate is one of the problems that Indonesia’s problems, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The government, through the Minister of Manpower, seeks to control the unemployment rate during the Covid-19 pandemic by conducting various competency and productivity-based training through Education and training programs organized by the Vocational Training Centre (BLK) and the development program for expanding job opportunities for workers or laborers affected by the pandemic. This study aims to describe the inhibiting factors during the implementation of automotive courses and how the impact of these inhibiting factors on the management of automotive courses in BLK in the future. Respondents consisted of 17 teachers and managers in the automotive sector BLK. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire tested using Product-moment Person, expert judgment, and Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The findings show that the inhibiting factors include the curriculum with 65.11%, teachers 54.67%, course participants 57.22%, managers 65.52%, facilities 78.31%, funds or budget of 54.12%, the government by 51.18%, and the community by 60.71%. The research was limited to teachers and BLK managers in the automotive sector in Yogyakarta. Furthermore, future research is expected to involve various parties involved and supporting factors outside the aspects that have been studied.
