Planning for student guidance in school inclusion is carried out at the beginning of the new school year in the school work meeting agenda by conducting, identifying needs, interests, talents through assessment activities for students with special polling needs and spreading interest to students. Implementation of student guidance in schools is carried out by combining the special needs of students with the class system. In the implementation of guidance there is a positive interaction between crew members and students. But to develop leadership crew members are not involved. Guidance on school evaluation in inclusive schools is carried out with two things in mind in the evaluation, namely evaluation of program management and evaluation of school fee development. The success of school guidance in schools comes from inclusion in the form of achievement and attitude change and the development of independent schools. The purpose of this research is to describe how the process of student management management is held in inclusive school education providers. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by means of interviews, and observations. The results showed that the scope of student development in schools was divided into three, namely leadership guidance through OSIS, extracurricular, academic and non-academic guidance and development.
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the effectiveness of public accountability achievement of government institution and organizational resource management on the level of success in achieving the performance of the organization or government agency. The hypothesis of this research is there is a positive influence between the effectiveness of achieving public accountability and the effectiveness of resource management on high performing organizations in the cilacap regency government. data analysis techniques use simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. hypothesis test using formula F and coefficient of determination. The results showed there is a positive influence between the effectiveness of public accountability achievement and effectiveness of resource management to high performance organizations in government of Cilacap regency, Recommendations of research are: Improvement of organization performance is done through intensive supervision from OPD leader related to execution of duty and function of OPD.The setting of realistic and objective target indicators; increase self-belonging and responsibility from the member of organizations.Keywords: organization’s performance, public accountability, resource management.

Ranggawarsita was written in the form of traditional Javanese poetry called tembangmacapat (song of Macapat).This form of poetry has fixed rules, including a certain number of lines in each stanza, a certain number of syllables per line, and a certain rhyme.This strict rules result a lot of deletions in literary works in the form of poetry of this type.Meanwhile, due to the demands of translation which must have a high level of readability, the explicitation in the translation of works in the form of song is inevitable.This research reveals the explicitation in the Kalatidha translation translated by Kamajaya.This research used a descriptive qualitative strategy.Data in the form of explicitation contained in Kalatidha were collected using content analysis techniques.It used interactive analysis model to analyze the data.The result of this study indicates that the explicitation in the Kalatidha translation including various sentence elements, including subjects, predicates, objects, complement, description (Ds) and conjunctions.Object explicitaion occurs 11 times, predicate 7 times, subject 6 times, complement 5 times and description deletion only once.The explicitations of conjunction are as much as 20 times consisting of causal conjunctions 10 times, additive 4 times, adversative 3 times, and temporal 3 times.Through number of explicitations show that many elements of the sentence structure in the text in the form of tembangmacapat (song of Macapat) which was deleted.In that translation, the elements that are deleted need to be explicited so that the meaning can be better understood by readers of the translation well.
Learning Inclusive Islamic Religious Education in Elementary Schools still needs to be improved. religious learning must be carried out even if the child seems slow to learn (slow learner) in following Islamic religious lessons, taking into account the following matters: prepare teaching materials and materials to meet the unique and specific needs of students, the most effective learning methods to use in the delivery of learning materials or materials, provide continuous attention and motivation. Focus on paying attention so that students know that the teacher who teaches pays attention to them when in class, it is important to make eye contact when learning takes place, give appreciation and appreciation for their presence. parental support, encouragement and seriousness are closely related to slow children's learning outcomes. In qualitative research, the instrument or research tool is the researcher himself. The approach used in this study is to use a phenomenological approach. This study aims to examine the learning conditions of Inclusive Islamic Religious Education in Public Elementary Schools, as well as to analyze, evaluate and the learning model of Inclusive Islamic Religious Education in public elementary schools.
The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of "Utilization of Physical Education Learning Media in an Effort to Increase Students' Active Learning Time". The method used in this research is The Classroom Action Research. The design used in this study is a cyclical model which includes the steps of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The population used by purposive sampling, as many as 32 fourth grade students. The instrument used is in the form of field notes (Duration Recoding), namely the use of active time to learn physical education through observation with an average of 60% so that the target achievement is determined with an average of 90%. Based on research in cycle I (Actions I, II and III) 90.43%, because it has exceeded the research target, it is completed in cycle II. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the use of physical education learning media is quite significant in increasing the active learning time of students at SDN 01 Kec. Madang Tribe 1 Kab. OKU EAST
