Introducción: La hipertensión arterial, es una enfermedad crónica, la cual es considerada un problema desalud pública en todo el mundo. Se conoce que es causada por distintos mecanismos fisiopatológicos. De lamisma forma las alteraciones pulpares son muy comunes, siendo un grupo de cuadros clínicos de origeninfeccioso e inflamatorio. Objetivo: El propósito de este artículo es dar a conocer si existe algún impacto de lahipertensión arterial sobre la microcirculación pulpar. Métodos: Revisión de literaturaConclusiones: La pulpa dental no es propensa a alteraciones importantes ante fenómenos antihipertensivos.
