Objetivo: Analizar las evidencias sobre la efectividad del programa de atención domiciliaria en el cuidado de úlceras por presión. Materiales y Métodos: Revisión Sistemática observacional y retrospectivo, la búsqueda se ha restringido a artículos con texto completo, y los artículos seleccionados se sometieron a una lectura crítica, utilizando la evaluación de GRADE para identificar su grado de evidencia. Resultados: En la selección definitiva se eligieron 10 artículos, encontramos con un 30% encontramos a Brasil, 20% corresponden a España y Chile, mientras que con un 10% encontramos a, Argentina, Costa rica y México respectivamente. Han sido estudiados en su mayoría las Revisiones sistemáticas, con un 30%, un 10% de Meta análisis y 10% estudio clínico experimental, principalmente en los países de España, Brasil y Costa rica. Entre los estudios cuantitativos descriptivos encontramos a los países de Brasil y Chile, con un 20%, con un 10% tenemos a estudios cuantitativo transversales perteneciente a Brasil, con un 10% tenemos el estudio de cohorte perteneciente a México y un descriptivo observacional perteneciente a España. Donde del total de artículos analizados el 100% afirma que los cuidados en ulceras por presión son efectivos en atención domiciliaria. Conclusión: Se evidenció en las investigaciones revisadas que existe efectividad de la atención domiciliaria en el cuidado de úlceras por presión. Se mostró efectividad y calidad en gestión domiciliaria y rehabilitación oportuna de las personas con Úlceras por Presión, aportando al desarrollo y visibilidad disciplinar.
Objetivo: Brindar intervención de enfermería para corregir los signos vitales y seguir con el tratamiento por complicación de ACV. Caso clínico: Adulto mayor, de sexo femenino, peso de 49 kg, talla de 152 cm, temperatura de 36,5 °C, P/A 140/90 mmHg, dolor de cabeza, tos con expulsión de flema, dolor con escala de EVA 8/10 al moverse, FR 25 rpm. Método: El estudio es de enfoque cualitativo y método de caso clínico único. El caso clínico se realizó en una residencia domiciliaria en el mes de junio, utilizando el marco teórico de valoración de Marjory Gordon y la taxonomía NANDA-NOC-NIC. Resultados: Con los debidos cuidados de enfermería, la evolución del paciente fue satisfactorio de acuerdo con las alteraciones que presentaba. Conclusiones: Se identificaron seis diagnósticos de enfermería prioritarios. El primer diagnóstico, (00029) disminución del gasto cardiaco, tuvo como indicador NOC al control de la presión arterial con puntuación basal de 4, su puntuación de cambio posintervención fue de +1, obteniendo un puntaje final de 5. El segundo, (00031) limpieza ineficaz de las vías aéreas, tuvo como indicador NOC a la capacidad de eliminar secreciones con puntuación basal de 3, su puntuación de cambio posintervención fue de +2, obteniendo un puntaje final de 5.
Objetivo: Brindar cuidados oportunos para lograr su recuperación y establecer un peso adecuado. Caso clínico: Adulto de 46 años, con iniciales C. B. M., cuidado enfermero aplicado durante 3 días debido a un accidente automovilístico. El diagnóstico médico fue paraplejia y sobrepeso, presenta antecedente de asma hace un año e HTA hace tres años, con diagnóstico actual de fractura de cadera, en el examen físico realizado se registró un IMC de 26, T 39 °C, P/A 170/80 mmHg, sO2 93 %, presencia de insensibilidad en la parte izquierda de la cadera y la pierna derecha. Método: El método de estudio fue de caso clínico único y de enfoque cualitativo, este se realizó de manera virtual, utilizando la valoración de Marjory Gordon y la taxonomía de NANDA, NOC y NIC. Resultados: La evolución del paciente fue positiva, la temperatura disminuyó a 36,7 °C, P/A a 123/81 mmHg, la saturación de oxígeno aumentó a 96 % y su estado de ánimo mejoró. Conclusiones: En el diagnóstico deterioro de la movilidad física, su puntuación de cambio es +0. En el diagnóstico termorregulación ineficaz, respecto a cambios de coloración cutánea, su puntuación de cambio es +2 y en temperatura cutánea aumentada, su puntuación de cambio es +3. En el diagnóstico ansiedad, respecto al trastorno del sueño, su puntuación de cambio es +3, en nerviosismo presenta un cambio de puntuación de +2 y en irritabilidad su puntuación de cambio es +2. En diagnóstico insomnio, respecto a la alteración de la concentración, su puntuación de cambio es +2, en el descenso de la motivación presenta un cambio de puntuación de +1 y con calidad de sueño, muestra un cambio de puntuación +2.
Introducción: La familia, la más añeja de las instituciones sociales humanas, marca al individuo en sus diferentes etapas de vida y se constituye en un ambiente propicio para el perfeccionamiento de su identidad. Objetivo: Determinar el tipo de familia e inteligencia emocional (IE) en los enfermeros de un hospital público de Perú en la atención de la pandemia. Método: El estudio es transversal con una muestra censal de 80 enfermeros que trabajaron en hospitalización de COVID-19 de un hospital público durante el mes de mayo de 2020 y que contaban con al menos 3 meses de antigüedad. Previo consentimiento informado, se les aplicó una encuesta con el instrumento escala Trait Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS-24) en su versión adaptada y validada al contexto peruano, su fiabilidad alcanzó un coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach mayor a 0,8. Resultados: El tipo de familia que predomina en los enfermeros es nuclear (56,3 %) y la IE es predominantemente baja (36,3%); se destaca el nivel bajo de la dimensión percepción emocional (43,8 %), mientras que las dimensiones de comprensión y regulación de emociones presentan un predominio de nivel excelente (36,3 %) y adecuada (41,3 %) respectivamente. Conclusiones: La IE debería considerarse al momento de diseñar políticas sanitarias de gestión del talento humano y a la hora de la capacitación en servicios de salud.
