BACKGROUND FNAC is a relatively simple procedure with good patient acceptance and low morbidity. It is an accurate, safe and repeatable procedure in the diagnosis of various breast lesions-both malignant and non-malignant. Aims and Objectives: 1. To study the spectrum of both benign and malignant lesions of breast by FNAC. 2. To study the cytomorphological features of various breast lesions by FNAC. 3. To study the incidence of various breast lesions and categorisation of breast lesions on the basis of five tier system.
