This study aims to forecasting the Covid-19 Pandemic's effect on income inequality distribution in Kulon-Progo Regency during of 2020 to 2028. The study analysis tools utilized forecast are linear and non-linear trend. The historical data use during of 2010 to 2019, data source obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics Yogyakarta in statistical series book of 2020. The findings of forecast result show that the Covid-19 pandemic directly impact on the increased income inequality distribution. The implication is to carry out the process of economic recovery due to the Covid-19 pandemic case by identifying community groups who are vulnerable to decreased income through strengthening social safety nets. In addition, government policies can also optimize the utilization and transportation services to increase farmer exchange rates, because most people work in the agricultural sector.
East Lampung Regency has a coastal area of East Lampung with 316 ha. One of the coastal tourist areas owned by East Lampung Regency is Shells Mas Beach. This beach has a fairly long coastline where there are a lot of bivalves, but the inventory of the types of bivalves on the beach.The purpose of the research is to analyze both the species diversities of bivalves and physical also chemical conditions of the waters. The research methodology used purposive sampling method analysis of species abundance data, diversity index, and index dominance. From the result of the bivalve diversities on the coast, bivalve the most common found are is Matra grandis,it is found out that there is no dominating bivalve amongst them due to below normal dominating rate that is 0,08-0,16 to be considered low level (00,00<C≤0,30); middle with diversity index 2,18–2,70 (2<H’≤3); high with index diversity 0,85–0,94 (E>0,6). The highest abundance value at station 1 is 4787.01 ind/m3 and the lowest species abundance value at station 3 is138.75 ind/m3. From the results of the chemical physics measurements, it shows that it still is in the range of sea water quality standards. The Bivalve diversity relationship shows a positive correlation to the parameters of salinity, grain size, and sediment TSS. Meanwhile, it shows negative correlation for parameters DO, pH and temperature.
The contribution of agriculture in the Cilacap’s GDP has continued decline but agricultural labor is still quite large. It has implications for the future, especially for the welfare of agricultural labor will be decrease. The purpose of this study was to determine the competitive commodities for horticulture in Cilacap and feasibility of investment and development strategy of the competitive commodities. This research was conducted in June-August 2016. The data used is primary data through observations and interviews and secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies. Analysis of data using Location Quotient (LQ), Rasmussen's Dual Criterion (RDC), investment feasibility, land suitability and SWOT. Commodity that have a lucrative opportunity in Cilacap for horticultural crops include chilli, mangosteen and banana. In order to develop agribusiness in Cilacap, improving the quality of human resources in agriculture as well as group activities; increase promotional efforts for competitive commodities will require the provision of information competitive commodities for investors; extending the land, control over land use, guaranteed prices for competitive commodities, climate change mitigation, infrastructure development and ease access to credit for farmers; and more study for each commodity
This article aims to analyze Indonesian products’ competitiveness in the global market using the static revealed comparative advantage (SRCA) and the dynamic revealed comparative advantage (DRCA). DRCA is considered superior to RCA because it takes into account the time element. The current research combines DRCA and RCA to provide an analytical comparison. The data were collected from the International Trade Centre, classified according to the Harmonized System (HS) from 2013 to 2019. Using SRCA, Indonesia’s tin and articles’ competitiveness only contributes 0.95% of Indonesia's total exports. The most significant shares of exports are mineral fuels, mineral oils, and their distillation products; bituminous substances; animal or vegetable fats and oils, and their cleavage products; and prepared edible fats. Using DRCA, Indonesia’s most significant exports in the rising star category are natural rubber and its derivatives; cars and other motorized vehicles; fatty acids and their derivatives; lignite; unforged lead; ferroalloys; wires and cables; refined copper; petroleum and minerals; and margarine and its derivatives. These products showed positive growth higher than the global average, which means Indonesia is competitive in exporting these products. Thus, the government could prioritize these products for export.
Development plan of New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) in Kulon Progo District developed based on Airport City concept, has expected could be growth center and new regional development in Kulon Progo District and it can push development region in around. The New Yogyakarta International Airport planned have capacity of 28 aircraft and 11 avio bridge. The Airport designed with runway 5,400 meters, and able to accommodate large bodied aircraft. Terminal will be expanded can accommodate around 24 million passangers per year. Development of New Yogyakarta International Airport Access is estimated requires 5,087 trillion rupiah. Beside of road support, development of railway also planned to increase access towards new airport. The new growth center has expected that region become a city of its own and can evolve to become the equity of growth between district in Special Region of Yogyakarta. By use analysis tools of input output (I-O Analysis), this article purposes to analyze the impact of New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) for economic growth in Special Region of Yogyakarta.
