School personnel with adequate abilities are a major concern for every educational institution. Among the existing personnel, teachers are the frontline in determining the quality of education. Teachers every day face to face with students in the learning process. Therefore qualified teachers are needed by every school. Improving the quality of education in schools requires professional and systematic education in achieving their goals. The effectiveness of educational activities in a school is influenced by the number of variables (both related to personal, operational, and material aspects) that need to get continuous coaching and development. The process of coaching and developing the whole situation is an education supervision study. The principal as the school leader has the obligation to foster the ability of the teachers. In other words the headmaster should be able to carry out supervision effectively.
The administration of education is all the process of mobilizing and integrating everything, both personnel, spiritual and material, which has to do with achieving educational goals. So, in the process of education administration all businesses involved in the process of achieving educational goals are integrated, organized and coordinated effectively, and all necessary and existing materials are utilized effectively and efficiently. While education, both interpreted as a process and a product, is an individual problem.

This article aims to describe how the administration of school and community relations regarding planning, implementation and evaluation. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The techniques for collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using interactive model and examination of data validity through source triangulation and techniques.
