Coaching in sport is a complex activity where several components influence each other to achieve the goal, especially in team sports. Skills, physical abilities, and tactics are not enough, but with strong character by the players increasingly the chances of achieving team success. Researchers have not found coaching models that aim to improve technical skills and character integrated and proven to be effective. This research aims to find the effectiveness of the games experience learning coaching model to improve passing, receiving, dribbling, shooting technical skills and teamwork, respect, discipline character in a youth football player. This research used experimental methods. The sample was 46 youth football players from some football schools in Sleman District, Yogyakarta Region, Indonesia. Twenty-three players sampled the intervention group and 23 players sampled the control group. Data collection used skill tests for technical skills and observation tests for character players. Skill and character measurements are carried out before and after treatment, where the treatment is carried out for 10 weeks. Data analysis was done with the ANCOVA technique, strengthened by paired t-test using SPSS 22 program. The results of the study are games experience learning base coaching model ( 1) having a significant influence on technical skills and character youth football player, (2) effective to improve skills and character youth football player. The limitation of this study is the interaction activities of players with peers in the environment, with families that researchers cannot control may influence the results of the study. The games experience learning base coaching model can be an alternative that can be used by football coaches in charge of coaching young players. This coaching model is following the youth positive development policy where sports activities not only think about winning but also attention to attitude, life skills, character that can be a provision for the lives of young athletes in the future. The games-experience learning based coaching model requires improvement in some parts of the game to make skill improvement more optimal.
Abstrak - Penelitian ini tentang pembuatan aplikasi Virtual Tour pada Museum Negeri Banten, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat sebuah aplikasi menarik yang dapat digunakan di sebuah Museum agar dapat memberikan sensasi baru ketika berkunjung ke Museum. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode Luther-Sutopo yaitu Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari 6 tahapan antara lain concept, desain, material collecting, assemmbly, testing, dan distribution. Dalam proses perancangannya, dilakukan kombinasi antara gambar panorama 360° dengan gambar, teks dan musik sehingga pengguna dapat melihat informasi visual secara mudah. Tahap pembuatan aplikasi dengan Tourweaver, Coreldraw dan Photoshop sedangkan untuk pengujian aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan blackbox system. Penyimpanan data secara digital merupakan salah satu kekurangan yang ada pada Kantor CV. Kota Baru, karena kurangnya device jaringan yang memadai untuk membangun sebuah server yang menyediakan layanan tersebut. Cloud storage merupakan salah satu layanan yang berfungsi sebagai media peyimpanan secara digital, dimana semua data tersimpan secara aman pada layanan layanan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan owncloud sebagai aplikasi dari cloud storagenya, yang mampu berjalan secara offline maupun online. Cloud storage dapat dibangun dengan jenis komputer server serta spesifikasi yang sesuai. Topologi jaringan merupakan salah satu pendukung agar sistem jaringan dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan rancangan cloud storage. Setelah dilakukan pengujian maka didapat bahwa dengan adanya cloud storage kantor CV. Kota Baru dapat meningkatkan media penyimpanan data secara terpusat serta kontrol jaringan terpusat dari server pada Kantor CV. Kota Baru
Over the past decade, safety, health and environmental management has become an important part of the strategic focus and direction of most international oil companies. International standards such as ISO 9000, the total quality management standards and the soon to be adopted ISO 14000 standards concerning environmental management and auditing are increasingly becoming a requirement to being successful in the global market place. This paper examines the processes that CALTEX PACIFIC INDONESIA (CPI) in cooperation with PERTAMINA is using to systematically integrate safety, health and the environment into its business activities as it structures itself to meet the competitive challenges of today and tomorrow. With the recent emergence of safety, health and environmental (SH&E)management systems and the evolution of our total quality management approach to all of our business activities, we embarked on a long range plan to implement state-of-the-art SH&E management systems into all phases of our business. This paper describes the development of a unified SH&E Policy, integration into the business strategic plan, conducting a baseline environmental management systems audit and the ongoing implementation into the processes at the operating level. This paper outlines our organizational structure improvements as the company reorganized itself from a functionally-based organization to a team-based organization structured around asset value optimization that in stills ownership at the field level. The paper explores the alignment of CPI's management systems to the requirements and intent of several industry approaches as well as ISO 14000. The paper concludes that only through a structured SH&E management system approach, in cooperation with all the stakeholders, the shareholders, government and the public, can exemplary safety, health and environmental performance be achieved. Introduction The oil and gas industry have a challenging opportunity in the international arena to demonstrate that it can develop energy resources in a prudent and responsible manner. The underdeveloped countries are quickly developing their resources and economies. Communication is now global and the awareness and concerns by the host governments and local communities demand that the industry operate with the same values and standards worldwide. That does not mean the same regulatory requirements apply everywhere, but requires industry to operate within the principles of sustainable development that promote economic development while protecting the environment for future generations. Implementing forward-looking, structured safety, health and environmental management systems such as those contained in the API STEP Program, Responsible Care, E&P Forum Guidelines, ISO 14000 and others are the best way to ensure long term access to petroleum resources. The rise of attack software that can be easily accessed from the internet, makes anyone who doesn't ability to hack can do it. SMK Negeri 2 Pandeglang has a server that is used as a learning for all students. This encourages vulnerability to e-learning server attacked using software from the internet. So that a security system can detect attacks and take preventive actions and can carry out an investigation. This study aims to prevent any attempt to attack, detect and take preventive action against the attacker to carry out an investigation of the attack's log. This research was conducted using survey methods. The study was conducted for four months from April 1, 2019 to July 31, 2019. The result of this research is a security system that can detect an attack attempt and block the attacker's IP Address and conduct investigations using network forensic.Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that by using Snort with IPS mode stored on PfSense can detect attack aimed at elearning servers and PfSense automatically takes preventive measures in the form of blocking of the attacker's IP Address. From the alert generated by Snort, investigative action can be taken using network forensics so that reporting if the effects of the attack are detrimental.
