Corona virus is a a zoonotic disease or virus that originates from animals and can be transmitted to humans. Indonesia is ranked as the 23rd highest case in the world with a total of 116,871 cases. West Sulawesi Province is an area affected by COVID-19 with a total of 241 positive cases. The purpose of this study was to find out in depth about the behavior of the community in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in Tinambung Village, Pamboang District. Held from June to July 2020 in Tinambung Village, Pamboang District, West Sulawesi Province. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The technique used is in-depth interview and observation. The results found in Tinambung Village showed that community knowledge related to COVID-19 reached the level of understanding and only a few people reached the level of knowing. The attitude of the people, accepting the appeals and rules during the COVID-19 pandemic, however decreased when the government issued a new normal policy. As for the implementation of physical distancing, it is still not maximally applied in public places such as markets and at events such as weddings, thanksgiving and takziah. The role of the village government is quite active in anticipating the transmission of COVID-19 in Tinambung Village, including spraying disinfectants, distributing masks and providing a place to wash hands. Suggestions that the government should be careful and not in a hurry to provide terms and policies without conducting counseling or education first to the community
During the COVID-19 outbreak, a social phenomenon emerged that could potentially exacerbate the situation: the emergence of social stigma and discrimination against COVID-19 patients, not to mention children with OTG status in quarantine. This situation can trigger anxiety and stress, which can have an impact on their immunity. In addition, children with OTG status in the quarantine may be vulnerable to stress because environmental changes and activity restrictions can make children easily psychologically depressed. The purpose of this Activity is to provide donations to OTG children at the Covid 19 Ambassador Quarantine at the Almadera Makassar Hotel and as a form of support for the government in tackling the COVID 19 pandemic in Indonesia, especially in the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi. The steps taken in this Activity began with Opening, Providing donations in storybooks, toys, and milk, and Distract Activity which involved the COVID 19 Ambassador Task Force Team of the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office and lecturers at Megarezky University. Based on the results of the implementation of the community service program that this Activity went well and smoothly. This is known from the level of attendance and Activity of the participants. The total participants were 19 people, OTG children, and volunteers from the COVID 19 Task Force who served at the Almadera Hotel. The participants who attended were very enthusiastic. The result of this Activity is that it is hoped that it can increase awareness of the survivors of COVID 19 so that they can increase their enthusiasm and immunity so that they recover quickly and return home

Purple sweet potato has the high anthocyanin content. The anthocyanin content in purple sweet potato skin is higher than the anthocyanin in the tubers, namely 52.84-729.74 mg/100g while the tubers are 110.51 mg/100g. Natural dyes that have the potential to be extracted include anthocyanins. This research aimed to test anthocyanin dyes in purple sweet potato peel extract as the substitute for crystal violet in gram staining. The type of research used Quasi Experiments. This research was conducted in the Microbiology Laboratory of the Hasanuddin University Medical Faculty. In this research, extraction was carried out by using the solvent of Ethanol : Acetic Acid : Water (25: 1: 5). Furthermore, gram staining was carried out by using purple sweet potato peel extract using a concentration of 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% and crystal violet as positive control. The results of this research indicate that the staining used purple sweet potato peel extract concentrations of 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% in gram-positive Staphylococcus bacteria isolates showed poor bacterial staining results because the bacteria were not purple when compared to crystal violet dye. Where as at the concentration of 100% it showed good bacterial staining results because the bacteria was purple. Meanwhile, gram-negative e.coli bacteria isolates at the concentration of 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% showed good bacterial staining results because the bacteria were red. Suggestions for further research to do maceration longer.
