Tujuan peneliantian Untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan tumbukan cangkang keong mas terdahap kuat tekan beton dan.Untuk mengetahui proses pengujian kuat tekan beton pada penamahan tumbukan cangkang keong masRancangan penelitian adalah proses pengumpulan dan analisis data penelitian. Medote Penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan dan melakukan penelitian. Untuk rancangan perencanaan diawali dengan observasi dan evaluasi penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan telah dikenal, sampai pembentukan kerangka diperlukan bukti lebih lanjut. Dalam metode penelitian ini termasuk juga membuat eksperimen atau pengamatan, dan juga memiliki variabel pengukuran, teknik dan prosedur, pengumpulan data, analisis data telah mengumpulkan sempel, dan pelaporan hasil penelitian.Penelitian ini menggunakan bahan tambah tumbukan cangkang keong mas terhadap yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tumbukan cangkang keong mas terhadap kuat tekan beton dengan variasi persentase 2%, 4%, dan 6% dari berat semen. Hasil dari data tumbukan cangkang keong mas pada campuran beton dengan variasi penambahan 2% (15,423), 4% (17,59), dan 6% (19,276), dimana nilai kuat tekan tertinggi didapat pada penambahan tumbukan cangkang keong mas 6% yaitu 19,276 Mpa, sedangkan nilai terendah terdapat pada penambahan tumbukan cangkang keong mas 2% yaitu 15,423 Mpa.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of using various plastic wastes containing High Density Polyethylene as an additive polymer for asphalt concrete. It was investigated that the effect of HDPE modified binders was obtained by various mixing times, mixing temperatures and HDPE content on Marshall Stability, flow, and Marshall Quotient. The binder used in Hot Asphalt Mixing (HMA) was prepared by mixing HDPE in 4-6% and 8% (based on optimal asphalt content weight) and AC-20 at temperatures of 145-155 and 165 jC and 5-15 and 30 minutes of mixing time . Asphalt concrete modified by HDPE is quite large in increasing Marshall Stability and Marshall Quotient values (resistance to deformation). Four percent HDPE, 165jC of mixing temperature and 30 minutes of mixing time were determined as optimum conditions for Marshall Stability, flow and Marshall Quotient (MQ). MQ increased by 50% compared to the control mixture. It can be said that modified HDPE bitumen binder waste provides better resistance to permanent deformation due to high stability and high Marshall Quotient and contributes to recirculation of plastic waste as well as to environmental protection. Asphalt concrete wearing course as a wear layer in highway pavement layer, Is the top layer in flexible pavement. In this research will be discussed on the use of Portland cement filler as a reference to compare filler replacement with fly ash and powdered brick with 100% fly ash, 100% powdered brick and 50% fly ash: 50% powder brick. The first step after the aggregate testing, the asphalt and filler material to be used, followed by the manufacture of the specimen with the specified asphalt content. After obtaining the optimum asphalt content for each different filler variation, a Marshall test was performed to obtain flow stability and density values. In this research we get the optimum asphalt content value of 5,5% for each specimen. The result of this research mixed with good quality using 100% Portland cement filler stability value of 112.19 kg and the lowest using filler 100% fly ash but the result still meet the specifications of clan. While the MQ value with 100% filler of brick powder under specification of Bina Marga is 213. So it can be concluded that a good filler for asphalt concrete wearing course mixture is with Portland cement.Keywords: Filler, Fly Ash, Brick Powder, Asphalt AC-WC
This research aims to find out how the process of making hot asphalt mixtures (AC-WC) using grated mantup as a substitute for coarse aggression, and aims to find out how the influence of using grated mantras as hot asphalt mixture (AC-WC)This research method used is the exprimental trial and error method of Marshall testing methodology to analyze the properties of percent cavity in the mixture (VIM), percent cavity filled with asphalt (VFB), percent cavity between mineral aggregate (VMA), stability (Stability) , melt (Flow) and Marshall Quatient.The substitution of cricile variation is 0%, 25%, 50%, 100% of the coarse aggregate weight in this study indicating that the most ideal Marshall Properties value is calculated using the regression model equation with the highest index of determination where the index value of determination is obtained ( R2) = 1 for Marshall properties which is the highest is the substitution of gravel mantup 100% with Marshall parameters which includes: Stability 979.03 kg, VIM 97.71%, VMA 18.68%, VFWA 78.21%, Flow 3.13 mm , Marshall Question 316.46%. From these results the substitution of Krikil Mantup with a level of 100% meets the criteria in Indonesian national standards.
ABSTRAKSekam padi merupakan limbah dari hasil penggilingan padi mempunyai kandungan silika yang dominan yaitu sebesar 93 % dan hampir sama kandungan silika yang terdapat pada microsilica buatan pabrik. Dengan sifatnya tersebut apabila dicampurkan ke dalam campuran beton akan memperbaiki karakteristik beton. Dalam penelitian ini abu sekam padi ditambahkan ke dalam adukan beton fc' K-175 Kg/cm2 dengan variasi penambahan abu sekam 0%, 8%, 10%, dan 12% , persentasi berat abu sekam ini diambil berdasarkan berat semen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kuat tekan beton yang dicapai dari campuran abu sekam padi dalam beton K-175 Kg/cm2. Rancangan adukan beton menggunakan metode ASTM. Benda uji yang dibuat untuk masing-masing penambahan persentase abu sekam adalah sebanyak 3 sampel, dengan ukuran cetakan silinder berdiameter 15 cm dengan tinggi 30 cm. Berdasarkan tabel 4.22 di peroleh hasil bahwa terjadi penurunan kekuatan pada setiap penambahan kadar abu sekam padi. Di ketahui kuat tekan beton normal umur 28 hari yaitu 226,47 kg/m 2 dan kuat tekan terendah terdapat pada penambahan abu sekam padi 12% umur 28 hari yaitu 129,41 kg/m 2 .
