The present study was confined to hospital-based births in one city, and the true incidence of cleft lip and/or palate in the Sudan is not yet known. Findings differ from reports from other countries in terms of suggesting a higher incidence in girls.
Latar Belakang penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena dari hasil survey awal yang dilakukan peneliti kepada 8 orang pasien post partum di ruang PNC RSUD Salewangang Maros, dimana 3 orang ibu memberikan kolostrumnya pada hari pertama setelah melahirkan dan 5 orang lainnya tidak memberikan ASI kolostrum disebabkan kurangnya informasi dari petugas kesehatan dan adanya pemahaman ditengah-tengah masyarakat bahwa ASI kolostrum merupakan ASI yang basi dan tidak perlu untuk diberikan pada bayi baru lahir. dalam hal ini ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang ASI kolostrum ia tidak akan membuang ASI yang pertama kali keluar setelah persalinan dan memberikan ASI kolostrum pada bayinya. Variable yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel independen yaitu pengetahuan ibu post partum dan variabel dependen yakni pemberian kolostrum. Metode penelitian ini adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel diambil secara purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel ibu post partum sebanyak 30 responden. Analisis data adalah Univariat dan Bivariat yang di analisis menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 Hasil pengujian keterkaitan antar kedua variabel ini melalui uji Chi-Square, dimana diperoleh nilai signifikan p = 0,000 < α = 0,05, ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu post partum dengan pemberian kolostrum di ruang PNC RSUD Salewangang maros. Saran bagi para peneliti Selanjutnya agar dapat dijadikan masukan khususnya mengenai pengetahuan tentang ASI kolostrum., agar pengetahuan yang di miliki dapat terus bertambah.
ABSTRACT Data from the World Health Organization shows that the incidence of dysmenorrhea is quite high throughout the world. The average incidence of dysmenorrhea in young women is between 16,8%-81%. The prevalence of adolescent girls in Indonesia is that the incidence of dysmenorrhea is 64,25%, consisting of 54,89% primary dysmenorrhea and 9,36% secondary dysmenorrhea. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in SMA Negeri 1 Lolak. This study used an analytic observational design with a cross sectional study design with a sample size of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data for each variable was collected using a questionnaire through interviews and then the data was then analyzed by univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results of research conducted at SMAN 1 Lolak showed that there was a relationship between the age of menarche and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in class XI students (p = 0,030 < 0,05), there was a relationship between family history and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in class XI students (p = 0,039 < 0,05), and there is a relationship between exercise habits and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in class XI students (p=0,024
Masalah kesehatan masyarakat khususnya yang diakibatkan oleh penyakit tidak menular sampai saat ini masih menjadi perhatian pemerintah. Kesadaran masyarakat tentang petingnya kesehatan masih cenderung tidak merata disetiap daerah termasuk masalah hipertensi yang masih dominan dimasyarakat. Upaya meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap masalah hipertensi adalah dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui penyuluhan kesehatan. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat kelurahan Mogolaing. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan masalah hipertensi masih menjadi masalah dominan dimasyarakat dan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang hipertensi masih rendah. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang hipertensi melalui penyuluhan kesehatan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dengan media leaflet. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Jumlah peserta pada kegiatan ini adalah 20 orang yang masuk kelompok rentan penyakit hipertensi. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan ada peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang hipertensi dengan perbedaan rata-rata skor pengetahuan pada saat pre-test dan post-test adalah 5,67. Peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang hipertensi setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan menunjukkan masyarakat telah berupaya untuk berperilaku positif. Perilaku positif masyarakat tentang hipertensi dapat timbul karena adanya kesesuaian reaksi atau respon terhadap stimulus yang diberikan. Peran aktif kader sangat penting untuk memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada masyarakat secara rutin, dan bersama-sama dengan masyarakat menyebarluaskan informasi tentang hipertensi sebagai keberlanjutan dari program.
ABSTRACT Diarrhea is still a health problem in the world, there are about 2 million cases of diarrhea worldwide every year, and 1,9 million children under five years die from diarrhea every year. Diarrhea in Indonesia is an endemic disease and it is very potential for Extraordinary Events to occur. Diarrhea was the 3rd highest infectious disease in North Sulawesi in 2016 with a total of 23,881 cases. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the use of clean water and the use of latrines with the incidence of diarrhea in children under five in Gogagoman Village, Kotamobagu City. This study used a cross sectional study design with a total sample of 130 children under five. The subject of this research is the mother/the closest person to the toddler. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire and an observation sheet. The data were then analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the use of clean water and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five (p = 0,036
