The mercury selenide (HgSe) films were obtained on glass substrates via the chemical deposition method. The aqueous solutions of mercury(II) nitrate, sodium thiosulfate, sodium selenosulfate and tri-sodium citrate were used. X-ray and elemental analysis of the film sample were made. The effect of initial reagents concentration, synthesis duration and temperature on the mass of HgSe films was investigated and coatings thickness was calculated. The optical and morphological properties of HgSe films were examined. The deposition mechanism is discussed.

As a consequence of the nature of the needs to improve the fuel and energy complex in the countries in world. This solution could be solar energy and similar energy sources. The paper presents the classification of energy-efficient houses proposed by international standards and its critical analysis. Emphasis is placed on the problem of improving solar collectors integrated into the construction of buildings. The paper presents the temperature characteristics of an experimental solar collector. For the experimental solar collector combined with the translucent facade of the building, thermal characteristics are set, in particular, such as thermal capacity and thermal efficiency.

The aim of the research was to explore the proposed solar installation, which consisting of a solar wall, storage tank, radiation sources and measuring equipment. The solar installation was tested in a circulating mode, which is an important point in energy conservation. Planning the installation of the collector heating system is still at the stage of building the house. Therefore, it remains relevant to replace the traditional boiler on the solar wall in quality of the solar collector, which will be used to heat water in the system and/or the pool completely free of charge. Proposed construction of the solar wall is effective for the solar heat supply system, at the same time the results of research confirm not only the efficiency of the system, but also allow for the design stage to take into account the practical efficiency of the system. Solar wall in circulation mode has a sufficiently effective coefficient for combined hot water supply or preheating of the heating medium of the heating system. The main theses of this work also would like to mark the affordability for the consumer, since the following design does not require a separate installation, and has the ability to mount in the existing wall

Abstract. 1 The promising environmentally friendly solar heating systems are based on the combined solar collector, in which the absorber made of constructive material of low-energy house was described. The usage of the combined absorber with an external protection of lowenergy house ensures sufficient efficiency of combined solar collector and reduces its cost. Three-factor planning matrix with the factors interaction was developed. Analytical and graphical dependencies of efficiency of the combined solar collector with a transparent coating and without it on the angle of incidence and intensity of heat flow were shown. The efficiency of transparent coating which protects the absorber of solar collector was researched. Ecological effect of using the combined solar collector was calculated.

Abstract. A mathematical model of the chemical surface deposition process of CdS and CdSe thin films, which allows determining the concentration of reagents, as well as duration and temperature for CSD needed to obtain films of the set thickness was designed. The adequacy of model was tested by Fisher's criterion. The nomogram of dependence of cadmium ions content on the initial deposition parameters was built according to the results of experimental studies and approximated by mathematical dependence.

Досліджено використання сонячної енергії як потен ційного альтернативного джерела для забезпечен ня теплопостачанням енергоефективних будинків. Проведено попередній теоретичний аналіз енергетич них показників комбінованої системи теплопостачан ня за використання геліовікна як частини огородження енергоефективного будинку. З метою підвищення ефек тивності роботи досліджуваної установки відносно існуючих сонячних колекторів та покращення її в кон структивному аспекті, було розраховано стратифіка цію теплоносія в бакуакумуляторі комбінованої сис теми теплопостачання із геліовікном. Дослідження ефективності роботи експеримен тальної установки в системі для використання соняч ної енергії проводили в режимі руху циркуляції та гра вітації теплоносія за інтенсивності випромінювання імітатора сонячної енергії на систему 600 Вт/м 2 та 900 Вт/м 2 . Як теплоносій використовували воду. Проаналізовано зміну температури теплоносія в сонячному колекторі та в бакуакумуляторі запро понованої комбінованої системи сонячного теплопо стачання із геліовікном як частини зовнішнього захи сту енергоефективного будинку. Встановлено, що температура теплоносія в режимі циркуляції досягала 26,5 °С. Крім цього, наведено порів няльні натурні, лабораторні та теоретичні розрахун ки усередненої температури теплоносія в бакуакуму ляторі в режимі руху гравітації теплоносія за різних умов. Було розраховано коефіцієнт корисної дії експери ментальної установки. Описано динаміку зміни коефі цієнта корисної дії системи сонячного теплопостачан ня із геліовікном. У режимі руху циркуляції теплоносія за накопиченням теплової енергії в бакуакумуляторі, залежно від часу нагріву, ККД становив ≈55 %.
