Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng, berlokasi di Kelurahan Lapajung, Kecamatan Lalabata, Kabupaten Soppeng, teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 responden. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng maka digunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai-nilai koefisien = 2,211 yang berarti bahwa bila skor variabel kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja meningkat 1 poin sementara variabel lainnya dipertahankan, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 2.211 poin dengan tingkat signifikan (p) = 0,023 < taraf kesalahan (α) ) = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka hal yang dapat disarankan adalah kepada pihak PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan yang lebih memperhatikan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di bagian lapangan dan memperhatikan tingkat risiko yang akan diterima karyawan jika tidak dilengkapi dengan alat pelindung diri yang sesuai dengan undang-undang yang berlaku terutama pelindung kepala, tangan, dan kaki. Selanjutnya rutin melakukan pengawasan terhadap karyawan yang selalu mengindahkan ketentuan sendiri dan dapat mengancam kesehatan dan keselamatannya
