This article discusses political participation of women from the perspective of Islamic law. In paricular, it will highlights a women political organization called KPPI (Kaukus Politik Perempuan Indonesia or Indonesian political women caucus). There are obstacles and challenges for improving women political participation due to personal, internal and external issues. For personal issues, the political awareness for women is relatively low which needs improvement. For internal perspective, not all available political parties gives space and opportunity for women political development, whereas externally, the improvement of women political participation is so limited that they do not participate in politics and do politics correctly. Islam provides equal opportunity for men and women in politics. This can be seen in many sex-neutral injunctions in the Holy Qur’an which commands amar ma’ruf nahi munkar (promote the good and prevent the evil). This command encompasses all aspects of life, including politics and state issues. Women are also responsible in this respect. Based on that, Islam provide ground for women to actively in politics. Keywords: women political participation, Islamic Law  Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas tentang partisipasi politik perempuan perspektif hukum Islam. Partisipasi politik perempuan di Indonesia tergabung pada Kaukus Politik Perempuan Indonesia (KPPI). Terdapat berbagai hambatan dan tantangan dalam upaya peningkatan partisipasi politik perempuan, baik secara personal, internal maupun eksternal. Secara personal, kesadaran berpolitik bagi perempuan relatif masih rendah, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan. Dari sisi internal, belum semua partai memberikan ruang dan kesempatan bagi pengembangan politik perempuan, sedangkan secara eksternal, peningkatan partisipasi politik perempuan masih mengalami banyak keterbatasan, sehingga perempuan masih relatif rendah untuk masuk dalam politik dan berpolitik secara benar. Islam memberikan kesempatan kepada kaum perempuan yang berkecimpung dalam kegiatan politik, ini bisa terlihat pada banyak ayat dalam al-Qur’an yang memerintahkan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. Ini berlaku untuk segala macam kegiatan, tidak terkecuali dalam bidang politik dan kenegaraan. Perempuan juga turut bertanggungjawab dalam hal ini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perempuan dalam Islam juga memiliki hak untuk berpartisipasi dalam politik. Kata Kunci: partisipasi, politik, perempuan, hukum Islam.

A castration punishment for a criminal offender of pedophilia is a surgical action given to the perpetrator for a crime committed against a child due to the perpetrator's abnormal sexual development. In Indonesia, castration as additional punishmen that has been passed into law by the government,yet there are still pros and cons in society.Islam views castration as additional punishment either through surgical methods or injectable chemicals for the perpetrators of pedophilia is relevant. This is because criminal act of pedophilia is considered as a criminal act that threatens the nurture of reason. The purpose of the punishment is already relevant to the purpose of Islamic law that is to protect the public from the fear caused by the crime. Meanwhile, according to the positive legal perspective, castration as additional punishment is an imposition form of suffering to the perpetrator for violating the law and human rights with the aim to protect children from the crime of the pedophiles. From these two perspectives, castration as the additional punishment is a reasonable punishment that can be executed tocriminal offenders of pedophilia to give a deterrent effect.In line with the foregoing conclusion, to the authorities to strictly imposecastration as the additional punishment to the criminal offenders of pedophilia in Indonesia in order to create a sense of security and peace in society from the threat of this crime, especially to protect children as the next generation.Keywords-hoax; fake news; takzir; act against the law; positive law I.
Konsep good governance dalam tinjauan hukum Islam lebih mengarah kepada bagaimana cara mendayagunakan metode yang ditawarkan dalam ilmu Ushul Fikih untuk merumuskan asas-asas hukum Islam untuk merespons berbagai persoalan yang terjadi dalam pemerintahan.. Banyaknya persoalan, yang terjadi dalam tata kelola pemerintah, oleh karena itu kita dituntut untuk mengkaji realitas kondisi pemerintahan saat ini agar lebih baik, professional, bertanggungjawab, amanah, salah satunya dengan cara membangun konsep good governance dengan harapan memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan tata kelola birokrasi yang lebih baik sesuai dengan prinsip dan nilai-nilai dalam hukum Islam, seperti nilai kesetaraan, tasamuh(toleransi), keadilan (justice), kemaslahatan, musyawarah (syura), kejujuran (honesty), objektif (comprehensiveness) dan ini menjadi indikasi terbentuknya pemerintahan yang bersih dan baik (good and clean governance). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Usul Fikih sebagai landasan epistemologis dan filosofis dalam hukum Islam dengan menjabarkan teori baruushul Fikih sebagai aplikasi teori (applied theory) dalam menggali nilai-nilai menunju pelayanan publik dalam istilah lain dapat disebut clean governance dalam perspektif hukum Islam .
