One of the courses in higher education, especially in the field of computers, is cryptography. The rapid development of technology today proves that it is easy to commit crimes using computer science in the video field. In addition, from time to time more and more free video editing software and easier to use. However, the development of this technology is often misused by cases of scattered videos that cannot be trusted by the public. Video file forgery is an act of modifying documents, products, images or videos among other media. This video, which is very easy to edit and fake, has made many irresponsible people destroy the authenticity of the video and spread the video to social media so that the information or message in the video can change its authenticity. Computer-based learning is one way to improve the quality of learning. Various methods that can be applied in computer-based learning, one of which is CRC32 (Cyclic Redundancy Check) can be used to ensure the integrity of the data to be transmitted or stored. CRC works in a simple way, namely by using a mathematical calculation of a number called a checksum, which is made based on the total bits to be transmitted or to be stored. CRC is designed in such a way as to ensure data integrity against random degradation due to noise or other sources (media corruption etc.). So that later the learning application that will be made can help students in the process of answering about material concerning the authenticity of a video file more easily and can be understood using the CRC32 method. In addition, it is hoped that the learning application which will be made more interactive is able to attract students' interest to be more curious
Latar Belakang: Terganggunya fungsi hormon insulin merupakan penyebab yang paling sering dialami penderita diabetes mellitus. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan dan komplikasi akibat penyakit diabetes mellitus seperti penyakit kardiovaskuler, kegagalan kronis ginjal, kerusakan retina, kerusakan saraf, dan komplikasi kaki. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita diabetes mellitus di RSUD Sawah Besar Jakarta Tahun 2022. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan desain metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang menjalani pengobatan penyakit diabetes mellitus yang berjumlah 155 orang. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah consecutive sampling, dimana semua subjek penelitian yang datang dan memenuhi kriteria pemilihan diikutsertakan dalam penelitian sampai jumlah subjek penelitian yang dibutuhkan terpenuhi sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di RSUD Sawah Besar Jakarta tahun 2022 dengan menggunakan uji Chi square bahwa ada hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita diabetes mellitus dengan nilai p-value 0,004. Simpulan: hal ini membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien diabetes mellitus. Disarankan kepada pasien diabetes mellitus untuk selalu meminta dukungan pada keluarga dalam melakukan pengobatan.
The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia caused the learning process in tertiary institutions to change. The learning process in tertiary institutions is required to be mastered in their respective homes. This has an impact on the learning process activities on campus which has 45.5 million students and students are one of the places prone to the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This study aims to determine the effect of using blended learning methods on student motivation in medical-surgical nursing courses during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional design approach. The population in this study were all nursing diploma students totaling 160 people. The sample used was purposive sampling in which a sample determination technique was carried out by selecting a sample among the population according to what the researcher wanted as many as 67 people. This research was conducted in June-July 2022. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that there was an effect of using the blended learning method on student learning motivation in medical-surgical nursing courses during the COVID-19 pandemic with a p-value of 0.000. The use of blended learning methods can affect student learning motivation. The results of this study are expected to increase student motivation in attending lectures, especially medical-surgical nursing courses.
