This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance PT. Anindya International Partners in Yogyakarta. Research variables include: employee performance variable (Y) as the dependent variable and the variable need for achievement (X1), the variable need for power (X2), the variable need for affiliation (X3) as independent variables.This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study involves the employees of PT. Anindya International Partners in Yogyakarta. Samples are selected using the method of saturated samples, based on the population that has been described above, then the sample was selected in this study are 62 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study.Based on test results from t-test (linear regression test) partially on the need for achievement variable (X1) of 3.610> t-table = 2.000 and therefore contributes to employee performance variable (Y). In the variable need for power (X2) for 4.489 <t-table = 2.000, which means no effect on employee performance (Y). In the variable need for affiliation (X3) 1.961> t-table = 2.000 means no effect on employee performance (Y). While the F test (simultaneous test) to prove that the variable need for achievement (X1), the variable need for power (X2), the variable need for affiliation (X3), significantly affect employee performance (Y) equal to 39.137%.
The research of two-stage anaerobic digestion process for biological wastewater sludge of paper industry with modification of enzyme application and temperature treatment (mesophilic-thermophilic) ABSTRAKPenelitian digestasi anaerobik dua-tahap lumpur IPAL biologi industri kertas dengan modifikasi aplikasi enzim dan perlakuan suhu (mesofilik-termofilik) telah dilakukan pada tahap asidifikasi. Percobaan yang dilakukan secara batch ditentukan efektivitasnya melalui perlakuan waktu retensi (2-12 hari) dan jumlah inokulum (150-450 mL/L.) dengan pengamatan kinerja proses terhadap peningkatan kadar protein larut, dan pembentukan asam-asam organik volatile (VFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi protease pada penambahan 0,25 unit/g.TS lumpur, pada suhu termofilik dapat meningkatkan hidrolisis, yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan kadar protein larut mencapai 380%, sedangkan dalam proses asidifikasi dapat meningkatkan pembentukan asam organik melalui peningkatan kadar VFA. Kinerja proses asidifikasi yang terbaik dijumpai pada kondisi suhu termofilik, dengan perlakuan waktu retensi 4 hari dan penambahan inokulum mikroba 300 mL/L. Digestasi lumpur tahap asidifikasi pada kondisi tersebut yang berlangsung pada beban 2,25 g.VS lumpur/g.VS mikroba. hari; dapat menghasilkan peningkatan kadar VFA sekitar 624%. Padatan yang dihasilkan sebanyak 40% v/v mengandung komponen organik dan unsur-unsur nutrisi yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk organik.
This study aims to improve the achievement of learning to read and write through the use of teaching aids. This research is classified as action research with steps: planning, implementing procedures, reflection. The subjects of this study were Class I students at Palangan II Elementary School, Karangbinangun Subdistrict, Lamongan. The results of the analysis and reflection conducted by colleagues show that the interest of students in class I (one) in learning to read and write words, simple sentences with reasonable pronunciation and intonation has increased, in the initial condition 26.66% to 40.00% in cycle I means up 13.34%. The results of students in the final test or on a daily tests increased presentase students completed study on the initial conditions of 46% to 60% in the first cycle means an increase of 14% and to 87% in the second cycle rose 27%. Indicators of success about student learning outcomes in this study are determined at least 75% of the number of students who have reached KKM means that they have succeeded.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pencapaian hasil belajar siswa aspek pengetahuan menggunakan metode eksperimen dan demonstrasi dalam pembelajaran fisika berbasis PBL, serta mengkaji keefektifan penggunaan metode eksperimen dan demonstrasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa aspek pengetahuan dalam pembelajaran fisika berbasis PBL. Penelitian quasi eksperimen menggunakan the preetest-posttest two treatment design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas ditentukan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian hasil belajar siswa aspek pengetahuan pada kelas eksperimen 1 menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata (mean) untuk postest 79,06 (baik). Kategori mengerti, menerapkan, dan menganalisis masing-masing sebesar 73%, 75%, dan 85%. Pada kelas eksperimen 2 menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata (mean) untuk posttest 75,10 (baik). Kategori mengerti, menerapkan, dan menganalisis masing-masing seebsar 67%, 75%, dan 80%. Pembelajaran fisika berbasis PBL menggunakan metode eksperimen tidak lebih efektif terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar siswa aspek pengetahuan daripada menggunakan metode demonstrasi.
