Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dan self-efficacy matematis siswa melalui pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik (PMR). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian masing-massing yaitu 30 siswa (kelas eksperimen) dan 30 siswa (kelas kontrol) sekolah dasar di beberapa sekolah sekitar kota Rantauprapat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diberi pendekatan realistik lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang diberi pembelajaran konvensional, (2) adanya interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-efficacy matematis, dan (3) proses penyelesaian komunikasi matematis siswa yang menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik lebih baik dari pendekatan konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa PMR lebih baik dari pendekatan matematika konvensional dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan self-efficacy matematis siswa.Improvement of Students’ Mathematical Communication Skills and Self-Efficacy through the Realistic Mathematics Learning ApproachAbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement of students' mathematical communication skills and self-efficacy through a realistic mathematics learning approach (PMR). This research uses a quantitative research approach with quasi-experimental methods. The samples used in each research were 30 students (experimental class) and 30 students (control class) in elementary schools in several schools around the city of Rantauprapat. The results of this study indicate that (1) an increase in mathematical communication skills of students who are given a realistic approach is higher than students who are given conventional learning, (2) there is an interaction between learning approaches with students' initial ability to improve mathematical communication skills and mathematical self-efficacy, and (3) the process of solving students' mathematical communication using a realistic mathematics learning approach is better than the conventional approach. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that PMR is better than conventional mathematical approaches in improving students' mathematical communication skills and self-efficacy.
This study aims to determine the improvement of teachers' teaching ability in science subjects in applying inquiry learning strategies (SPI) through the application of coaching-based academic supervision. The subjects in this study were 5 teachers of science subjects in Class X of SMAN 1 Bireuen for the 2021/2022 school year, with the focus of the research being the ability of teachers to compile learning implementation plans (RPP), carry out learning with SPI, and classical completeness of students in learning. The research design uses a school action research design as many as 2 cycles with stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. In the first cycle, the average ability of teachers to compile lesson plans reached a score of 75.71%, the ability of teachers to carry out learning with SPI reached a score of 67.50%, and there were 2 classes with classical completion with classical completion below 85% with an overall average of 89.52%. In cycle II, the results achieved were that the average ability of teachers to compile rpp reached a score of 97.14%, the teacher's ability to carry out SPI learning reached 87.22%, and the percentage of classical completion of students at least 85.71% in only one class. Thus, the results of this study show that the application of coaching-based academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers to apply inquiry learning strategies.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menyajikan tentang peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Guru melalui Program Guru Penggerak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Calon Guru Penggerak Angkatan 4 Kabupaten Mandailing Natal sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi digunakan untuk menguatkan argumentasi dalam menjelaskan fenomena penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat diketahui bahwa SDM guru yang mengikuti Program Guru Penggerak terjadi peningkatan, ditandai dengan kemampuan memahami dan mengimplementasikan modul 1 Paradigma dan Visi Guru Penggerak dengan sub modul; Refleksi Filosofi Pendidikan Indonesia - Ki Hajar Dewantara, Nilai-nilai dan peran Guru Penggerak, Visi Guru Penggerak dan, Membangun budaya positif di sekolah). Modul 2: Praktik Pembelajaran yang Berpihak pada Murid dengan sub modul; Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, Pembelajaran emosional dan sosial, serta Coaching. Modul 3; Pemimpin Pembelajaran dalam Pengembangan Sekolah dengan sub modul Pengambilan keputusan sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran, Pemimpin dalam pengelolaan sumber daya dan, Pengelolaan program sekolah yang berdampak pada murid. Peningkatan SDM guru melalui Program Guru Penggerak Angkatan 4 dengan melakukan kegiatan sinkronus dan asinkronus selama 9 bulan, Lokakarya sebanyak 10 kali dan Pendampingan Individu oleh Pengajar Praktik selama 9 kali ke sekolah masing-masing Calon Guru Penggerak (CGP)
This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment and self concept with burnout. The study was conducted at the mobile brigade police of the Republic of Indonesia North Sumatra in the city of Medan. The number of respondents in this study were 196 members of the mobile brigade with non probability sampling techniques. Based on Spearman rank data analysis obtained a significant level between work environment (X1) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 0,05, meaning that there is a partial relationship between work environment and burnout. While the relationship of self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 0.05. This proves that there is a partial relationship between self-concept and burnout. While the significance level of the work environment (X1) and self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 0,05 are related simultaneously, then the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The correlation between work environment and self concept with burnout on members of the mobile brigade in the city of Medan, North Sumatra is 56%.
