<div><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="center"><tbody><tr><td align="left" valign="top"><p class="abstrak"><em>Kalianyar settlement has the highest density in Indonesia. These conditions make this settlement vulnerable to fire hazards. The need for open space, the dense environmental conditions, as well as the possibility of fire hazards require residents to prepare for the disaster threat. Understanding and skills regarding the disaster mitigation development and maintenance of open space is necessary to maximize the use of space, to improve the quality of the environment, as well as the skills of citizens. Community action plan is very important to improve the environment quality. The aim of this program is to provide a safety fence based on community action plan. The method used in this program is assisting the development process. This program can optimize the use of space while improving the environment quality. Participants were neighborhood officers and residents at RT 02 RW 07. The result showed that the sense of belonging to the open space can be improved through the fence construction pilot project. The sense of belonging is shown by painting the safety fence independently by residents.</em></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>
Sebuah kawasan sudah seharusnya memiliki karakter tersendiri yang khas. Hal yang sama berlaku juga untuk kawasan pendidikan. Salah satu cara untuk mencapai karakter khas tersebut melalui optimalisasi fasad bangunan. Gedung serbaguna UNDIP direncanakan bertaraf internasional sehingga memerlukan desain fasad yang optimal. Desain tersebut sudah seharusnya menyesuaikan dengan lingkungan sekitar namun terlihat modern. Perencanaan Gedung Serbaguna di kawasan tersebut memperhatikan faktor perkembangan kawasan UNDIP dengan mempertimbangkan penambahan fungsi, kegiatan, dan kapasitas. Paper ini mengeksplorasi estetika desain fasad bangunan setempat yang sesuai untuk diterapkan di Gedung serbaguna UNDIP. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan desain fasad yang optimal. Variable yang dieksplorasi meliputi atap bangunan, kolom, dan ornament kaca. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setiap sisi bangunan harus memiliki fasad sesuai bangunan sekitar. Kesesuaian tersebut meliputi atap pelana, kolom soko guru, ornament kaca dengan desain cembung.
Kawasan Taman Ismail Marzuki merupakan Kawasan budaya pendidikan dan kesenian di Cikini yang memiliki nuansa bangunan kolonial yang kuat pada area sekitar Kawasan. Kawasan tersebut telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah sebagai Pusat Kesenian Jakarta. sebagai bangunan yang berada di wilayah Pusat Kesenian Jakarta, Terdapat permasalahan pada fasad bangunan teater Taman Ismail Marzuki seperti fasad bangunan kurang merepresentasikan arsitektur khas Jakarta. Konsep Arsitektur Post-Modern yang menerapkan elemen historis dan sifat modernisme dapat dikatakan sebagai solusi dalam menanggapi permasalahan yang terdapat pada Kawasan. Paper ini mengeksplorasi konsep post-modern yang dapat di terapkan di bangunan baru kawasan Taman Ismail Marzuki. Dalam pengumpulan data, metode kualitatif exploratif digunakan untuk mendapatkan elemen post-modern yang cocok untuk bangunan baru di Kawasan tersebut. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari atap, penggunaan material, pewarnaan, dan ornamentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atap post-modern pada kawasan Cikini dapat berupa atap arsitektur neoklasik yang berbentuk kubah yang memiliki keterkaitan elemen historis dengan arsitektur neoklasik zaman kolonial Belanda. Penggunaan material dan pewarnaan menggunakan material modern dalam selubung bangunan penggunaan material utama seperti penggunaan material bata hebel dan curtain wall kaca untuk menimbulkan unsur modernisme pada bangunan dan menggunakan pewarnaan putih dengan perpaduan warna terracotta untuk membawakan suasana historis bangunan peninggalan kolonial Belanda di Jakarta. Penggunaan ornamentasi pada bangunan seperti ornamentasi garis-garis horizontal pada kolom neoklasik kolonial Belanda dan list atap untuk memperkuat kesan historis yang terdapat pada bangunan.
Communal space will be managed optimally for the development and maintenance carried out by pesertauni. In Tambora Flats (Rusunawa), spacious units of dwelling cause residents need communal space as a place for them to socialize quickly. Understanding and skills regarding the development and maintenance of independent (participatory) spaces are very much needed to improve the use of space, improve the quality of the environment, as well as improve the skills of low-cost housing residents. The target of PKM this time consists of piloting the construction of recycled concrete communal spaces and participatory communal maintenance rooms. The PKM program this time aims to increase knowledge and understanding of communal spaces and the ability to develop these spaces in a participatory manner. The purpose was made through a demonstration of communal space using concrete materials, concrete residue tests from the FTSP Concrete Laboratory as the main material for making benches and garden boundaries. The pilot participants were RW 11 management, RT 009 management, residents who work as artisans, and other residents of Tambora Rusunawa residents in Kelurahan Angke, Tambora District. Participatory agreement required by residents from the design process to completion.
