There are no institutions that utilize the potential of cash waqf make this study aimed to determine the literacy level of the students Economics Faculty, State University of Surabaya regarding cash waqf. so that stakeholders can take advantage of the cash waqf potential in Economics Faculty, State University of Surabaya. The method used in this researched was descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicated that in majority at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya, have a very minimal level of literacy or understanding. The results of the research can provide a picture for stakeholders about the conditions in the environment. Furthermore, only students majoring in Islamic Eonomics who had knowledge above the average of other majors students but were still classified into low levels because the knowledge of the students majoring in Islamic Economics was only limited to basic knowledge.
Pegadaian Sharia offers a fexible gold investement product ˜Gold Saving which since it was launched in 2015, it has become the most popular. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of islamic promotion and quality of islamic services to customers purchase decision to be customer of Pegadaian Sharia Gold Saving at Gresik Regency. Using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze data and test hypotheses with SPSS version 23. This research model has two independent variables, namely islamic promotion and quality of islamic services, then the model has one dependent variable that is purchase decision. Data were collected by using questioner and measured by likert scale, distributed to 96 respondents of the Gold Saving customers of Pegadaian Sharia in Gresik Regency, sample selected using simple random sampling terchnique. The result found that islamic promotion didnt significant effect to the customers purchase decision. Then, the quality of islamic service has positive and significant effect on customers purchase decision. However, the result of t-test found these islamic promotion and quality of islamic service has affect in simultaneous on customers purchase of Pegadaian Shariah Gold Saving
This research was aim to determine the effect of islamic work culture and work motivation on employee performance at the office of Ministry of Religion Sidoarjo. The approach that do to this research using quantitative approach. Variable that used on this research is islamic work culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) as independent variable and employee performance as dependent variable (Y). Population that used on this research is the employee at Ministry of Religion office. Data that used is primer data type, with the accumulation technic data by offline questionaire which containe some statement that support the succesment of the research. The answer from respondent be measured by likert scale. This questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests. This research uses descriptive analysis method and simple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicated that Islamic work culture and work motivation had a parcial positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Sidoarjo Ministry of Religion office. Significance value < 0,05 describe Islamic work culture and work motivation had a simultaneous and significant on the employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determintation (R2) is 0.572 its means that the variabel of Islamic work culture and work motivation have 57% effect on the work performance variable of the Sidoarjo Ministry of Religion office employees, the rest is influenced by other variables that not examined in this research.
Zakat is one of the instruments to equalize income to reduce poverty. The potential for zakat in Indonesia, especially in East Java is very high, but this has not been offset by the realization of the collection. People tend to pay zakat directly to mustahiq. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of religiosity, belief, location, and service on the interest of the people of East Java in paying zakat through BAZNAS. In this study, the method used is a qualitative approach with a measurement scale using a Likert scale and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variables of religiosity, trust, and service did not affect the interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS partially. While the location variable affects people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS. Together or simultaneously the variables of religiosity, belief, location, and service affect the interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS.
For some people, skincare is included in the need. To meet these needs, there are cosmetic products that are specially formulated to treat skin health. Its not just one or two brands that skincare products. This is what makes consumers have to be wise in choosing skincare products. Judging on the phenomenon, the author conducted a study with a view to knowing the effect of Islamic Branding, Religiosity, Lifestyle on skincare purchasing decisions in Gresik Regency. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and uses an explanatory research type. The rresults of this study are that Islamic Branding has no effect on purchasing decisions for skincare ing Gresik Regency. Meanwhile, Religiosity and Lifestyle affect the purchase of skincare in Gresik Regency.
