Nowadays green chemistry plays a vital role in organic chemistry. It minimizes the effect and use of hazardous substances on the environment and human health. The main goal of green chemistry is to use of green solvents (PEG, water, acetone, alcohol) eliminate the toxicity, uses of small quantity of catalyst and minimize the potential for chemical accident during work. Green chemistry is one type of chemistry where main focus is to eliminate or minimize the hazards by applying suitable process and raw materials. So it is more effective to pharmacists or chemists for avoiding this bad impact on human health, environment. Green chemistry also known as sustainable chemistry. Green chemistry is always interesting matter to pharmacists as well as chemists for synthesis pharmaceutical products. Green chemistry brings a new path for synthesizing safer chemical products. For manufacturing pharmaceutical products by using green chemistry, there have many criteria or methods that should be followed for synthesis chemical products during manufacturing condition. Some of these are prevention waste, Atom economy, less hazardous chemical syntheses, designing safer chemicals, safer solvents, design for more energy efficient chemical, use of renewable feed stocks, reduce derivatives in any compounds, catalysis, design for degradation, real time analysis for pollution prevention, inherently safer for accident prevention, etc. These methods should be considerable before synthesized chemical products by applying green chemistry for eliminating or minimizing hazardous in chemical products during synthesis.
Herbal gargles have gained significant attention as potential alternatives to conventional oral care products due to their perceived natural composition and reported therapeutic benefits. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the efficacy of herbal gargles in promoting oral health and preventing various oral ailments. Our oral cavity is a sweet able place to grow different types of bacterial species either harmless or harmful for human. From ancient age medicinal plants are considered as a store room of different types of biological activity in Ayurveda, Unani and Siddha, and have important role to cleanse tooth and prevent different human pathogens are responsible for unpleasant odour, inflammation of teeth root, dental plaque. The study evaluates a wide range of herbal ingredients commonly found in mouth gargles, including essential oils, plant extracts, and traditional herbal remedies. It explores their antimicrobial properties, antioxidant activity, and potential for reducing plaque formation, gingivitis, and bad breath. Aqueous extract of Tulsi, Turmeric, Clove, Fennel, Betel leaves, Pudina, Ginger, Liquorice shows effective antimicrobial, antifungal activity, anti-inflammatory and anti-plaque properties. In this research work herbal gargle was evaluated depends on various parameter like color, pH, Phase separation , Homogeneity and antibacterial properties. Herbal gargles show potential as adjuncts to conventional oral care, Herbal gargle is suitable for any age group due to less side effect. Healthcare professionals and consumers should approach herbal gargles with caution, taking into consideration individual oral health needs and consulting oral healthcare providers for personalized recommendations.
Our oral cavity is a sweet able place to grow different types of bacterial species either harmless or harmful for human. Many of us are suffering different types of mouth disease and feeling insecure or hesitate to speak with another due to the unpleasant odor of mouth. To maintain a good oral hygiene mouthwash plays a important role in our daily lifestyle. From ancient age medicinal plants are considered as a store room of different types of biological activity in Ayurveda, Unani and Siddha, and have important role to cleanse tooth and prevent different human pathogens are responsible for unpleasant odor, inflammation of teeth root, dental plaque. Herbal mouthwash contains different medicinal plant part extract have various pharmacological activities and shows significant advantages which helps to cure different types of oral disorder and helps to maintain oral hygiene. Herbal mouthwash is suitable for any age group due to less or no other side effect instead of chemical mouthwash. Aqueous extract of Neem, Turmeric, Clove, Fennel, Guava leaves, Pudina, Ginger, Tulsishows effective antimicrobial, antifungal activity, anti-inflammatory and anti-plaque properties. In this research work herbal mouth wash was evaluated depends on various parameter like color, pH, Visual appearance, Phase separation, Homogeneity and antibacterial properties.
Heterocyclic chemistry is very important aspects in organic chemistry. Heterocyclic system consists of one or more heteroatoms like nitrogen, oxygen, sulphur, etc with hydrogen atoms. The system can be classified as saturated as well as non saturated system or hydrocarbons. Another classification of this ring system is divided in some categories like three-membered, four-membered, five-membered, six-memebered, seven-membered, fused heterocyclics etc. Some compounds under this cklassification are acidic or basic in nature. Examples of heterocyclic compounds are Pyrole, Furan, Thiophene, Pyridine, Quinoline, Isoquinoline, Indole, Purine, Pyrazole, etc. Pyrazole is very important under this heterocyclic ring sysyem. Pyrazole is five membered heterocyclics. Pyrazole is basic and unsaturated in nature due to presence of double bonds in their ring structure. When two nitrogen atoms are associated with five menbered heterocyclic ring in 1,2 positions called as Pyrazole structure. It is also known as 1,2-diazole. It is present in many drugs as well as organic compounds and Pharmaceutical compounds. The review study shown that the structure, physical and chemical properties, nomenclature, synthetic approaches, biological activities of Pyrazole heterocyclic ring structure
Albendazole is very important drug in medicinal world. It is broad spectrum anthelmintic drug. The drugs which can kill or destroy the worms or parasites in body can be called as anthelmintic drug. Worm or parasitic infections are very serious kinds of infections in human especially in childhood. But it can be seen in adults also. Medications with proper hygiene can control the diseases to spread among the society. The drugs act by inhibiting the microtubule in the parasite. It can damage the DNS in parasites. The growth of parasite is destroyed by albendazole. It is the derivatives of Benzinidazole ring. Benzimidazole is very potent in destruction of worms or having the anthelmintic property. Benzene can be combined with imidazole ring can be classified as benzimidazole derivative. Albendazole, mebedendazole, thiabendazole, etc are the drugs under that classification. Under this albendazole is one of the important drug compared to that class. The study represents the drug structure, mechanism of action, ADMET, side effects, uses of albendazole.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
