Les lymphomes non hodgkiniens représentent un groupe hétérogène caractérisé par la prolifération maligne des cellules lymphoïdes. Cette affection particulièrement fréquente entre 18 et 40 ans peut être rencontrée lors d’une grossesse, représentant ainsi l’un des principaux problèmes diagnostiques et thérapeutiques rencontrés par l’obstétricien et l’hématologue. Nous rapportons deux cas de lymphome non hodgkinien diagnostiqués et traités au cours de la grossesse ; ainsi qu’une revue de la littérature discutant les modalités de prise en charge possibles au cours de ces grossesses considérées à haut risque.
