Entre Ruas e Escolas é um Projeto de Extensão do Centro de Excelência em Turismo que surgiu após um evento sobre artes urbanas na Semana Universitária 2019 da UnB. A partir dos diálogos entre artistas observou-se a importância de ampliar o olhar em busca da desconstrução dos paradigmas já estabelecidos sobre o Graffiti, Hip-Hop e outras manifestações igualmente marginalizadas. Vislumbrando um modo de construção cultural, social e pessoal, o projeto tem o objetivo de apresentar essas manifestações -em especial o Graffiti -como desenvolvedor do senso crítico e identitário local nas escolas públicas do Distrito Federal e da Região Integrada de Desenvolvimento do Distrito Federal e Entorno (RIDE), trabalhando a conjunção entre o turismo, a educação, a arte e o espaço. Por serem formas contemporâneas de expressão originárias de periferias urbanas e que se encontram em rápida popularização, essas manifestações evidenciam diversas questões sociais e podem ser usadas para uma melhor análise da realidade do espaço urbano. Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar os primeiros passos deste projeto que, iniciado em 2020, encontra como desafio a realização de ações durante a suspensão das atividades educacionais em função da Pandemia de COVID-19. Apesar das dificuldades encontradas, foi possível adaptar a metodologia inicial que previa a realização de oficinas em regiões administrativas do DF e estabelecer como alternativa a confecção de conteúdo digital, com apoio de artistas convidados, que enriqueceram as discussões propostas originalmente. Tais contratempos também destacaram a importância de ferramentas de comunicação no processo de construção do ser e do espaço.
