In this paper a new ITm-type delay acquisition/tracking approach is proposed which is based on partitioning of the PN-code matrix of the CDMA users into submatrices which are then used to form a 'state-space' Hm-type linear combiner. The proposed novel formulation and approach is robust to modelling errors such as over-and underestimation of the number of signals present and provides a powerful near-far resistant delaytracking solution in a multiuser DS-CDMA signal environment.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
