Jalan Letjen Panjaitan dan jalan Letjen S. Parman merupakan jalan nasional penghubung Kota Jember dan Kota Banyuwangi. Jalan nasional dengan volume lalu lintas padat dan tingkat kecelakaan tinggi menjadi momok di masyarakat. Kecelakaan lalu lintas mengakibatkan banyak kerugian, baik biaya kerusakan properti atau kendaraan maupun biaya perawatan medis. Supaya didapatkan kondisi jalan yang meminimalkan risiko terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas perlu dilakukan identifikasi lokasi rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Metode penanganan lokasi rawan kecelakaan menggunakan formulir Audit Keselamatan Infrastruktur Jalan. Digunakan data kecelakaan lalu lintas dari tahun 2014-2018 yang didapat dari Satlantas Polres Jember dengan lokasi rawan kecelakaan terjadi di segmen jalan KM 1+250 hingga KM 1+500. Audit keselamatan infrastruktur jalan mendapatkan kategori risiko tidak berbahaya (TB). Geometri jalan di lapangan sesuai dengan tata cara perencanaan geometri jalan antar kota yang di keluarkan oleh Dinas PU dan Bina Marga.
Motorcycles as a mode of transportation its use continues to increase in the Surabaya City. One of the negative impacts is motorcycle accidents to increase. Based on IRSMS data are the involvement of motorcycles in the accidents of 82.6% (2,490 motorcycle accidents out of 3,014 accidents in Surabaya from 2014-February 2017). This study was conducted to define the variables that provide opportunities for motorcycle accidents. Three approaches are used to determine the variables that provide probability for motorcycle accidents, which are based on socioeconomic , movement and behavior characteristics. Logistic regression analysis is used to obtain the variable that has an effect on the probability of motorcycle accident. The results of research, the socioeconomic characteristics that provide probabilities for motorcycle accidents that are gender and education. Based on the characteristics of movement, the chance of motorcycle accident is influenced by the frequency of motorcycle usage. While based on behavioral characteristics, preceding habits from the left have an effect on the chance of motorcycle accident.
Transportation is a community’s needs at this time. In the development of transportation, transportation modes which is developing as a solution problems of time efficiency, safety, transportation capacity, and estimate costs for the population of Indonesia. For the population of Indonesia, especially the people in Madiun, railway facilities are transportation modes that energy saved and have a better level of safety than other transportation. This study discusses safety, security, reliability, convenience, simplicity, and equality of SPM which is consist of physical variables indicator, reliability, response, empathy, and concern. The research sample was participants in the departure place at Madiun Train Station. The samples did by random sampling method. Data collection uses a questionnaire which distributed directly for 400 questionnaires. Analysis method uses the Important Performance Analysis (IPA) method with validity testing using Bivariate Pearson (Product Moment Pearson) and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha (ɑ) statistical test. The results of service quality and facility performance researches showed 94.44% of availability and 88.89% of fulfilment at Madiun Station according to PM.48 of 2015. Whereas the results of conformity and gap researches showed the assessment integrity accordance to concerns and expectations of the highest GAP service users - 0.90 according to variable indicator. Transportasi merupakan kebutuhan masyarakat pada saat ini. Dalam perkembangan transportasi, moda transportasi yang berkembang sebagai solusi permasalahan tentang efisiensi waktu, keselamatan, kapasitas penumpang, dan estimasi biaya bagi penduduk Indonesia. Bagi penduduk Indonesia khususnya masyarakat di Madiun, sarana kereta api adalah moda transportasi yang hemat energi dan tingkat keselamatan yang lebih baik dibandingkan transportasi lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji keselamatan, keamanan, kehandalan, kenyamanan, kemudahan, dan kesetaraan terhadap SPM berupa indikator variabel fisik, keandalan, tanggapan, empati, dan peduli. Sampel penelitian ini adalah penumpang pemberangkatan di Stasiun Madiun. Sampel dilakukan dengan metode acak. Pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung sebanyak 400 kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dengan uji validitas menggunakan Bivariate Pearson (Product Moment Pearson) dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan uji statistic Cronbach Alpha (ɑ). Hasil penelitian kualitas kinerja pelayanan dan fasilitas menunjukkan ketersediaan sebesar 94,44 % dan keterpenuhan sebesar 88,89 % di Stasiun Madiun sesuai PM.48 Tahun 2015. Sedangkan, hasil penelitian kesesuaian dan kesenjangan menunjukkan bobot penilaian sesuai kepentingan dan harapan pengguna jasa senilai GAP tertinggi -0,90 sesuai indikator variabel.
Commercial areas have a high economic and parking activity. High parking activity that is not comparable to the availability of parking facilities and it can interfere with the performance of the road. This study based on congestion caused by activities on-street parking on Gajah Mada St., Rambipuji, Jember. This road broadness reduced because on street parking and disrupting the flow of traffic. From the survey on Thursday, March 5, 2015 obtained the following results: performance comparison roads with and without on-street parking shows capacity has increased 25%, DS decreased 25%, and the speed has increased 11%. Characteristics of the road parking for MC, LV and HV in order are: volume parking 257 vehicles, 62 vehicles, and 10 vehicles. Accumulated parking 46 veh/h, 20 veh/h, and 5 veh/h. Turn over parking 0,0997 veh/SRP/h, 0,4588 veh/SRP/h, and 1,0940 veh/SRP/h. Parking index of 0,27, 2,22, and 8,20.
Each region has the potential to be explored as a source of income without necessarily harming people and the environment. One of them is the utilization of public space as a media campaign or advertisement. The advertisement placement should be planned to have a function, adding the aesthetic aspect of urban space and not disturbing the comfort and safety of the community. Promotional media can take advantage of active and passive outdoor space. The active outer space is a space that is deliberately created as a public outdoor space such as city park, pedestrian and road. While the passive outer space is a outer space that is not accidentally created or already exist by it, such as river banks, railroads and natural green spaces. Promotional media nowadays is not only in physical, but also in electronic form. Placement of advertisement associated with the tax burden. The amount of tax can be determined from road performance. Where the more crowded the urban space, the more people see the advertisement. This can certainly be used as one of the parameters in determining which points are having the biggest impact on tax value.
