India is currently trying hard to get a status of $5.0 trillion economy. Agriculture contributes $400 billion to the Indian economy, which is 2nd after China. To achieve this mammoth national target, allsectors of economy viz., agriculture, industry and service have to outperform outstanding. To achieve this target, our total export should be of $1.0 trillion annually and share of agriculture and the allied sector should be 10 %.To achieve $100 million agri-export, smart agriculture is pivotal to sustain our products at international level. Agritech startup can play a vital role in this endeavour; however, the bottleneck should be removedwithin the least possible time. If we succeed in this endeavour, this will not only lead to enhance per capita income from the current $1800 to $3600 but also double the income from farming systematically. Unfortunately, due to worldwide attack of global pandemic of Covid- 2019 disease, every sphere of life has been severely paralysed. Agriculture sector was less affected as the food grain output was recorded highest ever (295.67MT) and sector growth 3.7 % in absolute term and 11.3% on the current price, during 2019-20. India will get rid off of such disasters relativelyfaster as compared to other nations, but this has the potential to push forward our economic dream to beam reality atleast for a year or so.Probably India would be able to achieve the tag of $5.0 trillion economy not sooner than 2026-27.
New-onset refractory status epilepticus (NORSE) is a syndrome of new-onset drug resistant status epilepticus that often has a catastrophic outcome. A 30-year-old man of Somali origin presented with refractory status to a district general hospital. A clinical diagnosis of NORSE syndrome was made, and he was transferred to the regional epilepsy center for immunomodulatory treatment and consideration for cyclophosphamide treatment. After transfer to the regional epilepsy center, his repeat cerebrospinal fluid tested strongly positive for syphilis, indicating a diagnosis of neurosyphilis, and the patient was treated with high-dose intravenous (IV) benzylpenicillin. His status epilepticus abated 24 h later.New-onset refractory status epilepticus syndrome is a diagnosis of exclusion. Before instigation of potentially harmful neuromodulatory therapies, treatable causes such as neurosyphilis should be considered. We advocate the early transfer of refractory status patients to a specialist epilepsy center for both seizure management and cause determination.
Green development and the high-quality economic growth model have replaced the extensive growth model in an effort to reduce the large amounts of energy consumption and pollution emissions. Green total factor productivity has become an important indicator to more accurately measure the quality of economic growth. Transportation infrastructure is a fundamental component that may effectively integrate regional resources, increase regional cooperation, and encourage the sensible use of resources, and is a key factor in increasing productivity. At present, transportation infrastructure should focus on the speed of construction and the quality level, expand the radiation range of the transportation system, improve the service level of transportation facilities, and promote the spatial coordination between transportation facilities and resources and the environment in each province. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the spatial effect of the transport infrastructure on green total factor productivity in order to understand the role of transport infrastructure and its impact on the quality of economic growth. In this study, the slacks-based measure (SBM) model and the global Malmquist–Luenberger (GML) index were used to calculate the green total factor productivity of 30 provinces in China, while the spatial effect of the transportation infrastructure on green total factor productivity was investigated based on the spatial Durbin model. At the national level, road density, railway density, and road service level show positive spillover effects. The railway service level inhibits the growth of green total factor productivity, and there is obvious regional heterogeneity in transport infrastructure construction in eastern, central, and western regions. Therefore, in the process of transportation infrastructure construction, we should not only pay attention to the scale of expansion but also pursue the quality of service. At the same time, measures such as the flow of talent and the introduction of foreign capital within the region should be constantly coordinated to promote the improvement of green total factor productivity and achieve a win–win situation between economic growth and environmental protection.
