<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="mso-ansi-language: NO-BOK;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Studien belyser effekten av refleksjon som verktøy for kompetanseheving i et bofellesskap for voksne utviklingshemmede. Vi beskriver hvordan veiledet refleksjon i gruppe, ble tilrettelagt og gjennomført for å gi størst mulig nytteverdi og effekt i forhold til de ansattes praksis.</span></span></span></em></p><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt; mso-ansi-language: NO-BOK; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">En annen målsetting er å belyse hvordan Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus (HiOA), Institutt for atferdsvitenskap, og et kommunalt bofellesskap for voksne utviklingshemmede, samarbeider for å innfri myndighetenes målsetting om å styrke etisk kompetanse innenfor helse- og omsorgstjenesten. Dataene i studien er ansattes egne erfaringer og opplevelse av veiledningsmodellen, basert på skalering i spørreskjema. Det ble også gjennomført fokusgruppeintervjuer og individuelle intervjuer med de ansatte. Data baserer seg på undersøkelser over en treårsperiode. Resultatene fra studien peker i retning av at veiledet refleksjon bidrar til økt faglig og personlig kompetanse, og gir også en pekepinn på hvilke forutsetninger som må ligge til grunn for å oppnå læringsutbytte. Betydningen av funnene forsterkes ved at refleksjonskompetanse fremheves både fra myndighetene og fra fagfeltet som en sentral kvalitetsvariabel ved tjenesteyting</span></em>
