Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutasi jabatan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Riset dilakukan di Kanwil DJP D.I Yogyakarta.Cara pengambilan sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling pada 58 pegawai.Data primer diambil melalui kuesioner yang disebar di google form. Analisis data dengan teknik statistik multiple regression dengan bantuan SPSS 22 software. Hasil penelitian menemukan (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan mutasi jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai.(2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) secara simultan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan mutasi jabatan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.Selain itu kepuasan kerja terbukti memberi pengaruh yang lebih besar dibanding mutasi jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP D.I Yogyakarta. Kepuasan kerja terbukti lebih dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.
Tujuan program ini adalah merumuskan strategi memikat dan mempertahankan pelanggan di warung jamu tradisional bu Hadi pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Membentuk seorang wirausahawan mandiri yang berbasis iptek, meningkatkan ketrampilan manajemen usaha bagi masyarakat industri rumahan pada khususnya minuman jamu tradisional di Yogyakarta dan menciptakan metode pelatihan kewirausahaan yang cocok bagi pengusaha jamu tradisional. Metode perekrutan peserta melalui seleksi hasil survey di beberapa warung jamu tradisional maupun penjual jamu gendong keliling di Yogyakarta. Adapun metode yang dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan pelaksanaan pelatihan Program Pelatihan ini adalah pembekalan melalui dua tahap antara pertama, pembekalan materi secara tutorial disertai diskusi, bermain peran di lokasi warung jamu tradisional bu Hadi oleh Pengusul, kedua praktek dipandu pengusul .Target dan luaran yang ingin dicapai dari program ini adalah menghasilkan seorang wirausahawan baru perempuan mandiri yang berbasis iptek di industri rumahan minuman jamu tradisional pada saat pandemic COVID-19. Adapun luaran dalam bentuk jasa dan produk minuman jamu tradisional.
Abstrack
This research is intended to analyze the influence of brand equity on the consumer buying behavior. The respondents consist of 100 electronic user in Regional Province of Yogyakarta. Questionnaire are used to collect data from the respondents and the data were analized by Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the study indicate that: (i). brand equity has significant influence on the consumer buying behavior (ii). brand loyalty has dominant influence on the custumer buying behavior.

This research is intended to analyze the influence the leader’s self-assurance and the leader’s image on the awe of employee based on syncretical model of charismatic/ transformational leadership. The respondents consist of 78 government employees of Regional Province of Yogyakarta. Questionnaire are used to collect data from the respondents and the instrument of questionnaire from Behling and McFillen are used to measures the variable of self-assurance, image and awe. The data were analized by Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the study indicate that: (i). the leader’s self-assurance has no significant influence on the awe of employee, (ii). the leader’s image has significant influence on the awe of employee.
This research is intended to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline, work environtment and work commitment on the employee performance of UD. Sregep Yogyakarta. The respondents consist of 70 respondents. Questionnaire are used to collect data from the respondents and the data were analized by Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the studyindicates that: (i). Motivation has no significant influence on the employee performance (ii). Discipline has significant influence on the employee performance (iii). Work environtment has no significant influence on the employee performance (iv) Work commitment has significant influence on the employee performance (v) Motivation, discipline, work environment, and work commitment simultaneously has significant influence on the employee performance.
