Broj neformalno zaposlenih po ećavao se pod uticajem globalizacije, mobilnosti kapitala, restrukturiranja, deregulacije tržišta rada. Neformalna ekonomija je prisutna u svim društvima i na svim društvenim nivoima. Implikacije rada mladih u neformalnom sektoru su višestruke. Dolazi do traćenja ljudskog i nansijskog resursa, smanjuje se produktivnost. Mladi nemaju socijalnu zaštitu, sigurnost, zaštitu radnih prava. U radu se ispituje zastupljenost mladih u neformalnoj ekonomiji u Srbiji, trendo i, kao i faktori koji utiču na njiho o formiranje. Radno angažovanje mladih u neformalnoj ekonomiji može negativno uticati na njiho u buduću percepciju društva u kome žive, privređuju, obrazuju se. Ključne reči: neformalna zaposlenost / mladi. UVOD Tranzicione reforme dovele su do porasta broja nezaposlenih. Ovaj negativni trend je pojačan porastom neaktivnosti stanovništva u radnom uzrastu, čak i u godinama privrednog rasta. Širenje privatnog sektora van poljoprivrede nije moglo da apsorbuje radnu snagu iz restrukturiranih preduzeća niti da stvori nove poslove. U takvoj klimi, mladi sa manje radnog iskustva bili su marginalizovani na tržištu rada. Izlaz se nalazio u neformalnoj ekonomiji.
The aim of the paper is to define the guidelines for a better harmonization of the supply and demand in the labor market by monitoring the implementation of the measures of the labor market.Key words: the labor market, unemployment, the active policy of the labor market.
