Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengelolaan mahasantri Ma"had Al Jami"ah IAIN Kendari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, display dan verifikasi data. Pengecekkan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi (sumber, teknik dan waktu). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengelolaan mahasantri Ma"had Al Jami"ah IAIN Kendari meliputi beberapa hal: 1) orientasi mahasantri baru, 2) pengelompokkan mahasantri, 3) peraturan dan tata tertib mahasantri, 4) pembinaan mahasantri (Tahsinul qira"ah Al-Qur"an, Tafsir, Hadis, Fiqih, Adab, Bahasa), 5) pengontrolan mahasantri, dan 6) evaluasi mahasantri. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan/role model dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengelolaan mahasantri di Ma"had Al Jami"ah.
This qualitative case study aims to review and analyze the condition of the information and communication technology (ICT) facilities for the implementation of the computer-based national examination (UNBK), the principal's strategies in implementing UNBK, and the obstacles in implementing UNBK at one of junior high schools in Kota Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation. The result of data analysis revealed the lack of facilities for the implementation of UNBK in the school. The principal's strategies in implementing UNBK in the school cover various aspects, such as facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and pupil affairs. Two obstacles emerged i.e., technical and non-technical.
This research aims to analyze the role model of achievement-based Islamic education management. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative conducted at Islamic Secondary School at Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results of the research show that achievement-based management conducted by Islamic Secondary School at Kendari is divided into four stages. First, the planning stage by determining achievement targets, namely planning the activities to be carried out, looking at the race event, determining the coaching strategy and grouping students. Second, the stage of achievement-based student recruitment is the restriction of student quotas every year, special achievement pathways, academic tests, personality/ psychological tests and health tests. The stage of implementation of performance-based development through the construction of academic and non-academic fields as well as religious construction. The last stage is an achievement-based evaluation conducted via online, live review, parenting and PESONA (Week of Arts, Olympics and Sports) at the end of the year. The goal of this study was to examine Mahasantri’s online religious coaching activities in the context of COVID-19. Qualitative descriptive methods were used in this study at Ma’had Al Jami’ah State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Kendari. The findings revealed that Ma’had Al Jami’ah IAIN Kendari’s religious guidance activities could be classified into several coaching categories. First is the guidance of tahsinul qira’ah al-quran. Second is guidance for interpretation. The formation hadith is the third. Fourth, there is the development of fiqh. Adab development is the fifth, and language development is the sixth. COVID-19 was not expected to be a barrier to carrying out teaching and learning activities, according to the findings of this study. Keywords: religious development, daring, COVID-19
