The aim of the study was to reduce the computational time of the document search by using the K-Means and K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The search result through search engines with display the documents according to the keywords entered. The number of documents that were displayed will make the user difficult to fine the required documents and it a long time for the display process of the documents. K-Means algorithm is used for the clustering documents obtained through online with search engine whereas algorithm K-Nearst Neighbor is used for grouping the clustering result document that are done with offline. The clustering with K-Means can reduce computational time on the news grouping by using K-Nearst Neighbor. The combination of two methods result an average time of 0.5011 seconds. Whereas the grouping that uses pure K-Nearst Neighbor requires the computational time 2.4841 seconds. The test result indicated that the combination of the two algorithms resulted accurate classification with the faster computation time.
XL Axiata Company, TBK. Is an internet access service provider from the many operators in Indonesia and has to provide the best service in communication in the ease of communication services. The mainstay of communication service products owned by XL Axiata, TBK for the wider community is XL Prioritas Unlimited which includes three types of packages, namely silver, gold and platinum. People using these three packages have different levels of demand. Order the number of products ordered every month by the company, should be made based on the prediction of the number of previous sales. This study was conducted to assess product sales in the form of K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classification modeling. The number of datasets used is 500 records with details of 90% training and 10% testing. The results obtained are predictions of 0.98%.
The problem that occurs is that students at home more often use mobile phones to open sites such as games, cartoons, and robot videos excessively. This must be watched out for because it will increase anxiety disorders, depression, eye diseases, and decreased brain capture to receive lessons. This research aims to create an android-based thematic learning interactive e-module application in elementary schools (SD) that can help the teaching and learning process of students and teachers. This data was obtained through field research, literature research, and results from questionnaires. This research uses literature methods in data collection and for system development using DevOps methods. This application planning uses JAVA programming languages, and NonSql for its database as well as for testing this system using the Black Box method. The results of this study show that the application of e-modules is interactive thematic learning. After testing the e-module application with several parents and teachers, this application can be said to be worth using because of the 20 Respondents and the number of questions 15 showed the average results of the utility aspect which was 88%, the ease of use aspect 88%, and the user interface quality aspect 87% with very feasible criteria. In addition to parents and teachers, this study was tested by a team of experts with an average result of typographic aspects of 84.5%, visual aspects of 86%, convenience aspects of 79%, content feasibility aspects of 86.5%, and learning aspects of 86.5% with very feasible criteria.
The aim of the study was to reduce the search time and to display appropriate result by using personalized web application. Search engine is used for searching based on keyword entered but the indicated result are not sometimes appropriate and it take a long time. K-Means algorithm is used for classifying the data obtained from search engines by dividing into several clusters with the same radius. Genetic algorithm are used for optimizing the cluster result in the form of ranking URLs in sequence. The result indicated that searching through a web search application using the K-Means algorithm and genetis can improve the information quality and the faster process. The use of web search application can reduce the search time of 0.00044183 seconds. The use of web search application can improve the accuracy and the speed of searching process.
PT. United Tractors is a company engaged in the distribution of heavy equipment, but the current problem that is often the main focus for employees regarding promotions at PT. United Tractors, which often appears as a result of measuring tools in the process of increasing positions, still seems manual which is assessed directly by the company's leadership, especially in measuring work performance, performance and discipline. This study aims to facilitate the leadership and speed up the selection process for employee promotions using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The final result of this research is to create a web-based application system that is used as a decision support system for employee promotions using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, easy to implement and can be calculated by the system using predetermined criteria and weights.
